The 3rd female is looking like she is going to be quite the looker. Im anxiously waiting to see what she is going to do.
I had a couple days where my timer (me) screwed up the lights. There wasn’t any visible affect the 1st night but the 2nd brought some reveg looking growth to the bigger of the 2.
Also, the 3rd plant I believed was of the same genetics was actually one of the BBD plants im growing in another log.
Beautiful plants you have growing…the ferret’s are beuts as well !!!
Thank you. We’ve had the ferrets for going on 10 years now. We’ve had as many as 8 at one me but now the Business is only 3 strong.
Do they enjoy smoking or eating cannabis?
There are squirrels that live in the trees around my house…when I’m out on the deck smoking they come running up and perch in the tree right above me waiting for me to blow smoke up at them!!
No not particularly. There have been more than a few times they enjoyed digging up as many plants as they could before they could be stopped.
This plant has been a learning experience. I’ve never used LED’s and I’ve never used SIPS. This is only my 2nd or so soil/organic runs. I’ve been impressed by just how well I’ve seen this girl grow. She shot past my head, past the lights, and closed in on the ceiling before her flowers brought her down some. She is a beast!
Her sister is quite the looker! The pictures can’t do her justice. She is finishing up, just waiting for her to ripen.
This plant got BIG! She started stretching and never stopped. Every branch became a top, even the bottom most branches. I had trimmed off a bottom bud a week ago and left it out to dry. Last night I smoked it and about an hour after finishing up i realized I was still sitting there with the roach in my hand spaced out. The flowers are still a little ways from being done and it is already fire. The smell and taste from both are different from most other bud I’ve smoked. The big one is soy sauce and the other is Oriental Ramin soup. It isn’t bad at all, actually it is quite tasty. I just wasn’t ready for how big she got. Next run of her is already in trouble, the clone is bigger than she was when she went into flower.
Q
Nice plants @NICO! Great job!
I am unsure of why or how my sugar leaves got burnt to crisps. I am in organic soil, water from below. I water w/tap taken at least 24hrs in advance. I use occasionally ferments made from pumpkin or fans from culled/finished plants, L.A.B.S., and Epsom salt. I spread homade compost/worm castings and soil that has been cycled through the worm bin throughout the entire grow(any time I see it can be added w/o it all spilling out 1st time watering). I ammend the soil w/a 444 organic dry nutrients before it goes into the worm bin. I also added a shit ton of the trimmed fan leaves from other plants about 4 months ago, I covered it with soil from the worm bin.
This is all the sources of nitrogen I’ve added the entire grow. My thought was maybe having amending the soil and letting the worms have at it made an excess of N ready for the plants immediate uptake; If I would have amended the soil at time of use the N would’ve been more of a gradual release of nitrogen as it was being broken down by the microbes. Is this anywhere in the ballpark of being correct? Does N build up as the microbes digest it if there isn’t anything using it up? I’m in my first or 2nd organic grow and I’m trying to comprehend what is happening w/my plants and why.
She was a monster! For the poor conditions, half the colas were above the light, she did exceptionally well. Total dry weight of flower was 380 odd grams, smalls and trim 90 grams and that is w/o adding the cola that went in the freezer or the many “sample” buds I’ve already consumed. This is my first one lb plant. This beat my best by a long shot. The trim was super easy, I used tweezers instead of snips. Super sticky but smells are muted. Definitely smell diesel and some garlic coming through a sweet perfume floral smell.
The first plant was dried and before I had a chance to even get a sample or weigh got sealed into Groove Bags. So instead of tearing the bag open I decided to wait for a good time to get a proper cure on it before the first sample of the finished project.
