I personally have over 70yrs lol if ya count from when i was 3-4 running alongside my grampa in the ganja field, wanting to ‘help’ lol But I was actually doing work, like help in hanging chopped plants in the drying sheds by 6, and trimming by 10

Well, there were always something like 17 of us cousins around for any work needing done. Also my pop was the ‘baby’ of 13 kids lol so uncles and aunts galore to help also come harvest/trim time
When grampa said ‘it’s work-time’ lol there were almost always at least 20 people (experienced) to call on!

They started testing at work in mid '80’s , had a housefull . So was a good boy until I retired at 70 . So I’m a rookie tent grower . Just gonna lurk n soak if it’s all the same to y’all

I never stopped for any length of time since I was a sprout! Not a full year went by i didn’t work in Ganja, moved from outdoors to indoors in the winter of '84. But I still learn stuff about this plant even to this day! lol Always refining my methods, adjusting to the newer technology, etc
The only time I didn’t ‘grow’ was while in Nam a few years. lol

Your story is similar to mine. I took a thirty year hiatus for career. But always knew I would come back home when the time was right.
