Hey BigMike how far are the lights from tops?
About 12 inches or so? I want my cookies to be dense too. 
During veg I have then 18 to 20 inches or so. When I flip they are between 12-16 inches. I usually set it to 14 inches and wait for them to stretch to about 12 and then adjust. I have found that the further away from the canopy the greater the stretch between budsites. About 14” will get you about 1 1/2 inches between budsites. Gives plenty of room for the buds to get big. Hope that helps.

I got those same cookies going now and didnt want to burn my batch.
I’m at 18 inches or so from light now at 2 weeks in 12/12.

So how is the stretch? Mine about doubled in height in 3 weeks.
So I am 6 weeks in front of you. Be cool to compare our results!

@Chieftain keep in mind if you have different lights… Personally I keep mine close because there 100 watts. If you got Biggins be careful.

Yeah. You of course are correct. I should have restated what lights I am running.
In veg I have a Mars Hydro ts1000. 150 watts.
In flower I am running TWO of those. Total 300 watts.
If you put your hand palm side down over your canopy and your hand doesnt get real warm in a few minutes you will be ok.

Im running a Mars Ts1000 and Ts600 in 3x3 cabinet.
Not quite doubled yet, started a little slow.
First time flowering with Led. Put up my 400 hps due to summer heat coming.
