Oh damn you got a wireless one?! Sleek and sexy scope no doubt!
I got the same microscopic it’s pretty handy.
Look at some of the soil upclose lol you will see all kinds of stuff.
Ps. What tipped you off about the spider mites?
I inspect my plants daily. I was watering and noticed some tiny white spots on the leaves that did not look like trichomes. Picked that leaf of and spotted a spider mite. Found a couple more. Probly no more than ten in the entire tent. But I figure if I can see ten, how many hundreds am I NOT seeing. Had to put my ass in high gear, don’t want to lose my babies.
What do the spots look like? I really just check for nutrient issues if any. But I’ve also yet to have any real bug problems. So I’m not really sure as to what I’m looking for sometimes.

This is Terrifying
I eat spider mites for breakfast
I would suggest a weekly IPM regimen. Good thing you caught it in time.
@BigMike55 OH MY FUK…
I just checked my plants, some of the spots in the info provided here looked familiar…
Will this work? I got this month’s ago as a prevention bit never used it.
Uh-oh. Dont have time to spare. Looks suspisiously like what I had going on. Might wait and see if anyone else agrees. That black spot looks like a bug and those round deals look like eggs to me. Sorry! Wish it was better news.
Looks like Spider Mites but don’t know if it’s the 2-spotted that we all fear. Have you been to someone else’s pot garden lately? Or bring someone else’s clones in?
Nope. Never. Always grow from seed. Never had got clones or visited someone else’s grow.
I do walk in the woods every other day, then shower soon as I’m home before looking at plants.
I also got peppers from Rona about a month ago.
How deep into flower are you? If you are in veg and don’t have a huge infestation, you came use many different things to combat mites. Bad thing is they develop immunity real quick so you have to use several different things like insecticidal soap. Second application may want to use, umm, Spinozad. Just mix it up like that. I use DE too. I understand it is good for mites.
Could’ve came in on the dog possibly…
Time to declare war on them
Don’t own a dog lol just indoor cats.
Regardless of how I get them. I gotta kill them all. Will I have to toss my soils now?
I just opened this today. Google says it works for spider mites.
Steinernema Feltiae
Wow brother, that sucks. No need to worry about how you got them as they can come from almost anything. You might carry one in on your show or clothes, it’s impossible to say since they are so common. Time to go to war. This site has some interesting reading on the subject.
Those in the back… If you only have a couple weeks to go, I don’t know if I would mess with them. Unless you are INFESTED. You could bring them outside and spray off with a gentle spray of water. May knock them back enough to get to harvest. I would not use chemicals on the buds don’t wanna smoke that shit. Then when you harvest I would do the bud wash deal to get rid of stray bugs
The ones in the front you should definitely take outside and spray off as good as possible. Specially the undersides of the leaves. That should take care of a lot. Then spray with whatever you decide to use. Just be aware, most of the stuff used will not kill the eggs so you will have to redo again. Then when you no longer see any bugs, and think you have defeated them, dose them one more time. It’s a lot, but hopefully you can get on top of the problem.
The reason I asked where they possibly came from is if they came from a clone, it is more than likely the dreaded two spotted mite that are pretty common to cannabis plants. And as such, are harder to get rid of because everyone uses the same stuff to kill them. And the become immune. If they are brought in from outside, chances are it is just common mites from outside and would be a lot easier to control.
Edited to common from exclusive, my bad.
