Check out this video. Watch it till the end. Prince nails it on his solo, then throws his guitar up in the air and walks away. Don’t know where the guitar went. Great live performance by Tom Petty too.

I figure the fellow that caught Prince when he leaned back also caught the guitar.
I don’t necessarily listen to Prince much, but I do greatly respect him as an artist.

I’m not a Prince fan either. But you have to admit… That was an amazing guitar solo. I didn’t know he was that good on guitar. I was just way impressed.

His Super Bowl halftime performance is the benchmark anyone else has to try reach. Not that there’s been many good halftime shows, IMO.
I’m not a huge fan, like a few songs…but he was a very talented dude and a hell of a guitar player.
