When using 250 watt blurple light in a 2x4 what would a good distance for veg? Or what the best way to check the light intensity?
The manual for my 300 Watt blurple says:
Seedlings / young veg: 65-75 cm
Vegetative stage: 50-65 cm
Flowering: 40-50 cm
It has served me well.
