Bodhi Guide - Seed and Strain Discussion (Part 2)

Here’s hippy slayer at week 5 as well in a 3 gallon pot which didn’t make it the easiest. I didn’t know it was so N hungry. Lesson learned for my first grow of it. This is by far the stinkiest plant I’ve run in a long time.

I grew lots of it, was a family favorite! And the barber, the barista, the 7-11 guy…

ETA - I did not get any of that cool coloring, but she had bag appeal.

Got 8 Cherry Lotus x Soulmate that are 10 days past topping, waiting for room in the flower tent.
Won’t be long now.)
These are quite wide leaf and look quite bushy now. 35 days since I put seeds in Viva Towel Sauna.

Hello everyone!

@CADMAN As I mentioned in the thread you attached, Taskenti was one of Cannabiogen great successes, possibly along with PCK its two most successful and widespread indicas. There is also Peyote Purple, but I consider it a work on Bubba Kush, the two previous ones were more in the style of Cannabiogen, works with landrace varieties.
Taskenti in its regular version gave very special plants, I cannot say the same about its feminized version and I can assure you that I personally exploited more than 5 packets of feminized ones, but I never found the same as in the regular seed packets, it was something much talked about at the time.
Surely the reversion or the method they used to create the feminized seeds did not generate the same plants as in its regular version. I have nothing bad to say about Cannabiogen, I think I have grown almost everything in its catalog and for a long time. If it helps, and pops those seeds, which it should do regardless of my comment, Taskenti’s standouts had a mild mint-keef flavor, not really loud, but sublime. The high was what stood out, super dreamy, head-spinning, but the body was calm, not sleepy, more sedative. That’s what I remember about her.

@Hermo

Thanks for all this info, its awesome.
The guy I got the seeds from said he originally got them from Crop Kings as Feminized seeds, grew them, then used crocus bulb juice/pulp sprayed on the plants to make them turn and thus made 1000s of more Feminized seeds.

Ive never heard of this technique before, sounds interesting.

ZONKED. Here I am, smoking some, some-year old A1/Kashmir, “Morrigan”, as I eventually named her, (no.3 soap pheno-- ((stacked, yet sleek, loving, yet sadistic in look and touch))), fishin’ out some seeds for a guy I promised them to some years ago, but I never delivered on, (man, time sure does fly when you’re always high…) … And anyway, I am… freakin’… BLITZED… SUUPPEERRR old-school, pre-dispo weed… It’s almost EXACRlTLY like being back in high-schools, toking up right before chemistry class in the parking lot with the chick I secretly loved, and the douchee guy she loved. I fuckin love you Bodhi.

And here’s some crazy spiders doing their nightly long-leg-shuffle up the wall on one of my sheds … They do this every night… Lining up and hanging cool. Then go away when the sun comes out… ( Ah! Unfortunately the picture is not here… so… use your imagination … I only post when I’m sooper dooper high, guys …)

That’s just a “breeding tool.” Not hyped… not really ever even talked about. I haven’t ran the Kashmir yet but that a1 is special.

I ran A1 x Kashmir early last year. Wasn’t strong enough for me, so I haven’t run any since. But it was light and florally. Maybe my tolerance was too high, but I rarely reached for that jar once it was done.

Goji OG F2’s. 4 females. Two short, two tall. Floppy rubbery stems that cannot hold the large buds up. Just like I remeber the first gen plants. Smelling like a mix of orange juice and fresh ripe strawberries. The short plants had very large bracts. I deduce that is a snow lotus trait as my sky lotus looked similar. Pics of a tall purple one, large yield, easy trim.

That looks great. I wonder if those f2s lean a certain way or they are open pollinated. Goji is best for warm feeling in the chest and beach days but dam is it scary potent.

I had three females from my pack. I don’t remember how many males I flowered out. More than one. I remember the large yield and floppy buds though.

Oh you made them yourself… I thought they were the F2s that were going around OG. I shouldn’t assume. That’s some stellar bud development.

Those are some extremely beautiful plants @NorthernScrogger. I finally just got some Goji OG F2s. I will be absolutely tickled if my plants come out even a fraction as beautiful as yours. Thank you for the pictures and the information.

Thanks. These plants are at 10 1/2 weeks. Just about done. Flowered a little large at a 2’ topped plant with 5-6 main branches. 2 gal coco.

No kidding?? So awesome, thank you for sharing all that information as well. It’s really nice to see just how fully you were able to get them to express themselves. I am super impressed.

Anyone know of any confirmed muscle pain/ache relief/relaxer strains from bodhi?

The ssdd is good for nerve stuff like my carpel tunnel and tendonitis, but doesn’t do anything for muscle aches/pains or arthritis issues.

I know someone mentioned bubba to me before but that’s not it at all for my wife and I…
