First Tim e I saw an OG Kush I was WTF? Didn’t realize that OG Kush was an OG that was crossed by a Hindu Kush.
Older than most and the only Kush I knew was Hindu Kush, short with wiiiiiide leaves and powerful narcotic high.

Took a bud at 56f. She doesn’t look ready yet but wanted to try it at day 56 since it’s in the name.
First time I grew her I took her at 69 days

Space Monkey
The mother plant hatched from a seed in November 2020, it’s 4 years old… I can’t imagine what needs to happen for me to let it go.

I got some Space Monkey from GLG this time last year and had trouble with them starting. I emailed GLG and let them know and inquired about the age of the seeds. I also asked on a RIU post, where no one responded: How old are they?
Out of 3 seeds, only one outgrew whatever funky weirdness stunted it, the other two were culled. The remaining plant looked like it was going to make it, but then got stuck at 8". The rest of the garden grew except that Space Monkey. After GLG replied no one else had ever reported issues with SM and it was a a fluke, I trashed the plant.
I was disappointed. Plan to try again at some point. But just food for thought. I
am pretty good at seed starting, though anything can happen.

Ive ran through 4 whole packs of space monkey and still have 3 packs in the fridge. Never had any issues with germ rates. And i have also never got a bad plant from that cross. Definitely one of bodhis better crosses. Probably the best cross still available from him in my opinion. I might grab a couple more packs of it before its gone for good.

That is comforting to hear. I am hoping it was a fluke and I have better luck next time.
All 3 came up in normal timeframe, they just seemed to fail to thrive.

I don’t need any more seeds anyways… I have somewhere around 5-7k of which I’m probably going to sell some off if I don’t start cracking more than 200 every year eventually they are going to be useless.
