I grabbed the unicorn milk and cherry unicorn in the latest drop as well. @anon60559124 said everything he has grown with the PU f3 dad has been high yielding, potent and purple.

That’s awesome. I’ve got his Jalalabad Star x PU F3 but haven’t run any PU stuff yet. Figured I’d drive right in with the main show.
Funny too because alongside the PU F5 I’m also running some of @lefthandseeds Cherry Queen F2s. And I was thinking a cherry unicorn cross sounded real tasty.

I have a cut of cherry queen i keep around. It grows the biggest colas i have ever grown. Sour cherry terps and and flavors and leaves the most amazing smell in the air when burnt. Everybody loves it. Its needs lots of airflow and humidity kept in check.

Per suggestion from @schmarmpit i scuffed these in my 180 grit pill bottle scuffer i made. Im popping 5 of them and the other 7 are going back in the vault.

You werent joking about the PU seeds @schmarmpit. 24 hours in a wet paper towel and not one seed has cracked yet even after scuffing. Im used to getting taps after 18 hours or so with almost every bodhi pack i have ran. And, I never scuff.

Same here. I was surprised. I popped 7. I killed one accidentally trying to free its shell. Another has stalled with its shell on and I’m not sure if it will live. A third is a scrawny triploid. I wonder if this weaker germinating is due to its inbred-ness.

I hope i get em popped. I dont do well with hard to germ seeds. Im gonna be patient and try not to mess em up. I got an empty 2 x 4 tent im gonna flower the females in after cloning everything. The males will get chopped with me harvesting one or two branches off each for polen collection when the sacks start to open. And, I will have cuts of the males for future pollen as well. I would definitely be down with sharing pollen and even cuts.

Good luck. Out of 7 started, I had 2 not make it. One I killed prying the shell off, and another just stalled and kicked the bucket. Of the 5, 2 are growing normal and 3 are being slow to get going. As you said, not really like any Bodhi seeds I’ve cracked that were new anyways. But I’ve also never started beans this far inbred either. Mostly Bodhi F1s for me otherwise.
I’ll be glad to share anything I get that seems good. Together we’ll certainly be able to make a great representation of this purple human shit smelling plant that people seem to like.

Were your beans REALLY white, with just some of the mottled brown skin left on? Mine are like that. Very cool looking.

My seeds were peeling the outer shell off in the green zippy like they were really old or had already been scuffed. I still have 7 left. I dont think they are old. They just have that look. I found some of the brown skin in the package.

4 out of 5 of the PU f5 were above ground this morning when i checked on em before work. Im getting very excited now. I plan on making f6s to give away and pollinating a few of my other bodhi cuts i have around too.
