Here is the only real plant Ive got going at the moment, however thats all about to change ! This is the Snow Lotus BXV1. Started a single seed back in April and got this. Literally have done nothing except water and a bit of pb nutes in Happy Frog. She has pretty much lived her whole life on my back porch. I can say with certainty, that in my 20 plus years of growing Ive never grown a more attractive plant. This thing is so loud that I can literally smell her from around the corner of our building, and the flowers are just forming. She has been super loud from the time she was small. I really hope that theres a few more like her in the rest of the pack. Been wanting to post a pic for a while, but its usually so bright out that the pics look washed out. Well now that there is a massive wildfire burning 30 miles away, we have been covered in ash and smoke. The diminished light seemed like it might make for a couple of good pics. I think she really wanted to try to outrun my tomatoes but they are just blowing it up.

At the time, I wasn’t all that pleased with the high-type. It wasn’t the most functional, nor was it very motivating. Now that I’m just sitting on my ass all day quarantining, I kind of miss it… It also didn’t turn out as “Chem-y” as I was hoping, more of a hashy flavor with hints of fruit. Still good weed, though.

Do all of Bodhi’s seed have a high percentage of males?

I popped 5 space monkeys and have 4 females. Ive popped lots of bodhi packs and usually end up with a close to 50/50 ratio.

Luck of the draw.
Ran Cowbell last year all but one were male
This year I’m running Kush 4 x Snow Lotus and all were female

Is mostly luck on that front I’d say. I have heard there is a correlation between high nitrogen content and percentage of males to females. Might be something to look in to…

I’ve been drooling over all these bodhi offerings, then I had a thought! I have a space monkey growing. Duh!
I was given this little lady by a friend. He told me she was space monkey. Any feedback on that? Poor girl got down with mites soon after I got her. She recovered and took off after I got the mites taken care of, so I guess we will see what she pulls.

@Badger I have 4 space monkey plants going right now. Never heard anything bad about this strain. Its very highly regarded amongst bodhi fanatics. I here its one of his stinkier offerings and i also here there is a 7 week pheno to be found. I popped 5 seeds and got 4 females. Still have an unopened pack left plus the remainder of the pack these came from. @50State grows it likes it quite well i believe.

Secret Chief X Orange Sunshine from @50State stinking the place up even in veg really has that sfvog look to leaves. He said he used the same pollen he used to make the Orange Goji on the Secret Chief to make these. Getting ready to flower here soon as some space becomes available in my flower cabinet should be a very good one. Many thanks to 50state for sharing these with me.

The guy is cool, but always bragging, saying, I’ll only run so and so’s genetics. I was like, oh cool, that’s a bodhi strain, he didn’t say much.

The smell is no joke. Space monkey is quite possibly the stinkiest strain I have grown. Brand new carbon filters, and you could smell it two blocks away.

You’re the only one with those (SC x OSS male) seeds so far. I didn’t make all that many just dusted a couple branches, was testing the Orange Sunshine Pollen that’s what 2 year old pollen now.
They’re looking great so far by the looks of them.
