Even when training your plant?

I don’t “train” my plants. I top my plants twice and that’s it. I use nets just to support the buds, easier than stakes with 1 gallon pots but I don’t work them through the netting or anything like that.

Not being a smart ass but what do you think you’re achieving by defoliation in veg? What I mean is I have solid reasons, always supported by plant science, for why I defol when I do. I think it’s important to ask this question anytime you’re discussing a grow technique.

Again not trying to come off negative, just a food for thought kind think

Nah not coming off like a smart ass just answering my question. I always ask questions when I see or read something that intrigues me it’s just my way of learning.

Some pics of the sizzling six to show morphology in veg. About a week till they get their spot in the flower room.

Apologies for the violet hue. When the veg room is overflowing I bust out the Kind XL750, first LED fixture I bought.

Looking very appealing for a tent grower with a stature like that

Yeah, right on @Naptown916 , that’s one of the uses I was going for with these. As well as a breeding tool to knock some height off a favorite cultivar that stretches too much. They went into the flower room on Sunday, so thing’s will start picking up soon.

I’m seeing a couple throw away phenos from the original Afghani Hash Plant parent stock , which is understandable, these being f2, so I think I’m gonna cull them. I want the f3s to be like this female,

so I’ll only use the one male that is similar to it. It’s probably gonna end up 2 female:1 male for these f3s. We’ll see how she goes.

Some leaf morphology pics of the ones I like.
