These plants are really vigorous
Haha jumanji is what that pics from right? Good movie! Ladies looking amazing as always @Budmeister love seeing all the nugs packed in there! Good job!
Crazy arnt they! flipped a week too late i think!
haha yea such a classic
I think youll love that extra week come harvest time
Girls are starting to fluff up a bit and puff out!! its crammed in there… looks like im going to have to make some breathing room with one last attempt at a big defoliation!
alls ticking along well…
4 out of the 5 plants have developed quicker than others
1 of them has 3 pointed leafs all the way through the plant this is kinda wierd and they are droopy and shrivelled probably went through some kind of stress? not too sure what it is but its way less developed and not as gnarly looking as the others… ahh well cant complain might be some hash weed!!
il get some pics up soon. BM
And here we are… Day 39 since Flip!
bit too much foliage for my liking but not too bad accross the room pretty crammed… to defoliate or not mid flower? I may have too if they become proper hench!
What you think 4 weeks left? I’m thinking more like 5 weeks + ( 10 week flowering total )
Couldnt forget the clones!! nicely LS trained not long away from flip… about 33 days since they started rooting…
Little update on the 2 lots I have going on…
So the clones from upstairs are looking nice and healthy! They will be getting flipped soon.
They are on day 44 from being cloned. I’ve only LST’d them and not topped this time!
The Girls upstairs are doing ok 1-2 of the plants are a bit strange but ahh well…
I managed to get some night shots just before the lights come on.
CLONES
Looking great in there! Any smells from the flower tent?
Nothing!! finally
It was because i had exhaust wrong way no smell in attic and nothign outside so thats good!
Im real pleased with my 2x4 and how I LSTd them to fill the space!
They look healthy too. EDIT - This is day 1 of flip too flipped last night
Checking in…
The clones are really where i wanted to get to with my growing RE the health and appearance I think im finding my method ( i’ve said that a few times but its becoming more evident )
The flower area up top is near harvest time I think i can push them another 2 weeks + but the trichomes are clouding up… Hope all is well Ogs!
Whats going on OGs
Little update on the last lot!! all was ok… until for some bizarre reason I thought it would be smart to not water the plants on the remaining 48 hours before chop!! well what a surprise a collapsed monster jungle entangled into a sticky mess of a net!!!
I managed to plough through it but well… I don’t know what possessed me to even think not to water them. As my plan was to trim most leaves before hanging well i just couldnt do it… was a disaster.
I dont know what to do for the drying process they’ve been hanging now for 2 days but i’m VERY paranoid about mold… the weather in UK is 4 seasons in one day… thunderstorm then baking sun then thunderstorms again… humidity is about 70% appx in the dry room but there is constant air flow all fans kicking…
Do you think i should put the heater on and set to about 23-24 degrees just to keep the humidity down or should i settle for 70% humidity with temps around 17-20c
appreciate any advise on the matter but it seems some of the absolute monster branches have a lot of droopy big fan leaves surrounding buds!!
cheers BM
Good morning brotha and Happy hefty harvest!
I don’t water for 48hrs before chop to lessen the water retention in the plant and in theory take a couple days off drying.
Kinda similar here weather wise.
If your dehu is running full bore and still can’t keep up with the humidity levels under 70%. You can stripe the buds off the branches to help take some RH out and hopefully stabilize the room to complete the drying.
Hopefully others can chime in to help with other possible solutions.
Thank you hopefully all will be ok maybe im having a twitchy moment!! these things grew way too tall and that didn;t help! fingers crossed all is ok!
Thanks for the input… appreciate it.
Budmeister is back with a new season!!
Its been a minute guys… il update some pics shortly!
I look forward to your update @Budmeister! You last grow looked amazing!
Thank you!!
So… another season, another grow - with some extra experience on board.
A few things i’ve learned over the last couple years are simple… just don’t over complicate things… Although to my defence, sometimes, things are not well explained ( for example on grow charts provided with nutrients ) its not a copy paste for everyone type of chart they provide.
little things i’ve now come to realise…
-
as soon as you flip DO NOT water with flower nutes / flower schedule right away wait 2-3 weeks until you see flowers emerge! Only then start to introduce the flower nutes that so abruptly change on the chart from veg stage to flower stage… ( Why they wouldn’t mention this i dont know )
-
Strains… get good solid strains… seriously I must have had some strains that were not as forgiving as some i’ve received recently… tried and tested strains are the way forward.
-
This may seem obvious - keep on top of your crop!! flip at the right time allowing enough head room don’t over stress and over train give time to the plants and they will reward you…
Following this… below is my Chunk Berry from a good local friend who has continued using these cuts for years due to it never letting him down and with the above implemented i’m very happy with the results only 20 days since flip the branches are super strong and direct!!
Glad to be back, after a break from some not so great runs… Cheers all Budmeister
Lets goo brotha, Looks great already!
