Bug ID - tiny wasp? Pest? Alien?

Morning folks!
Found this one crawling on the outside of a rockwool cube. Its about the length of a fungus gnat, fair bit wider and beefier.
One person suggested its a beneficial wasp, but its so tiny. Anyone recognize this little bugger?

Probably a predatory wasp. A friend or neutral. They are tiny.

It might be a parasitoid wasp.
