Bundles Of Joy - Grow log 2024 with tresbundles

Hello OG! I thought I’d start clean with a new grow thread for 2023. I’m a couple months late, but things have been complicated. I’m back on track now and am ready to show my work to all you fine folks.

To start this off- I’ll be testing some things out for the first time, while continuing my regular regiment for comparison.

@VIVOSUN kindly sent me their new line of nutrients that I’ll be running alongside with @GreenleafNutrients Megacrop 2-part. I’m comfortable with Megacrop and have been using it for around 2 years. The formulations have changed a couple times in their lineup, but for the better in my opinion.

My first impression was that the bottles are on the small side. They are quart bottles and was expecting gallons. I’m not disappointed, just wondering if they will last for a whole cycle. I’m going to go right in the middle with their recommended dosages.

3/07/2023:

Okey doke, here are my little ones. Theyre about a month old give or take a week- all cramped together for a little while in the 2x2.
We’ve got 3 Double Chocolate x Nebulis Kush and 1 Bubba Kush x Nebulis Kush from @DonGnosis . I’ve been slacking on giving updates (none lol), sorry, bud.
I am a seedling murderer! The only Bubba out of 3 to survive my heavy hand is a wide leafed strong little bugger. The DC x NK are the tallest by far. both have great node spacing and side branching. I will update these more often than most.
Next I have Blueberry Muffin x Vintage Blueberry from the Fall Box from @buckaroobonsai . Also, a Purple Poison Cookies #6 F2 from @SamwellBB i think gifted by @Boozer . The little thing REAKS already!
And in the middle front is the Jungleboys Florida Strawberries S1 that I got to germinate. It’s looking all dark and purple already.
Part of this journal will (hopefully) be dedicated to my journey with STS. I’ll get it right one of these times

3/11/2023:

After a few days they shot up pretty well, now it’s way too crowded in there, so I’ll be moving them to the flower tent to determine sex.

I have an update from the flower tent for those who like budshots.
3/11/2023- Day 49
These ladies are just about finished, two weeks left.
Here’s the group shot:

I germinated 12 seeds for this run and wound up with 3 females. I had to fill the tent, so I grabbed my tallest clones and shoved them in pots. The canopy is all over the place.
I decided to reverse my Logcake #11 and selectively pollinate a few branches here and there. Pollen collection is a pain in the butt. So, we’ll see if any seeds come from this cycle.

This girl is all lumpy, solid and has almost no smell yet. I think it needs much longer than the others.

I know, I know too much Lemon Cherry Gelato! I promise I’m switching it up, but dang has there been some good stuff to come from that cultivar. This Platinum is not one of them. (remember I was scrambling for clones? lol)

I’m doing a few autoflower regs! I put a Spotted Limes male in my auto closet and they got messy with the ladies in there. I’ll say which strains AFTER I get them in hand! I’ve jinxed too many runs with my hubris lol!

Thanks, bud The Logcake x Florida Strawberries is on day 57, Along with the LCG x FS theyre oldest in the tent, but is still pushing pistils.

With the TK in that cross it could go to 70 days… I bet that is gonna be some fine smoke for sure

hell yeah I hope so! both of the parents were my favorites, so I have high hopes…and it was the only seed that I got to pop of it. I still have both parents so I can try again

how did you make your florida strawberroes was it open pollination or did you work it more ? i followed a guy who grew that strain on youtube but he recently quit growing. it was a really nice pheno he had found

I’ve only been able to work through 8 or so, (2 indoor and 6 outdoor) but I did get the best tasting one (lime breath) and hit her with the only male that I got. ( R.I.P. FLS #2 lol). I havent dipped into the F2s yet, probably this summer.
