I’m sure they will just sweep it under the rug. Just like all the regulatory bodies do that have been tasked with overseeing the medical and adult rec programs. The government creates institutions like the “department of consumer protection” and then go raise the permissible amount of toxicity from mold and yeast by ONE HUNDRED TIMES. They give zero fox.
