Since rec did not pass, legislators are taking that to mean they should put more constraints on the existing med situation.
One issue is enforcing the existing rules, but they want to make other restrictions on the med situation too.

Watch they will do what Missouri has done with cultivators and producers. Only big money with cheap production will be left growing Oklahoma Cannabis. They will also have a medical tax on consumers.
Its almost like the Super Elite of the West have conquered the people and we pay them tribute daily for the honor of being conquered.

I definitely trust my elected officials to make effective rules to ensure that they can’t take advantage of us after their short period in office. 
As far as whether there’s active corruption, nope, no evidence that this is anything but one woman trying to pressure the government to approve her license by raising public outcry. Which I guess is active corruption itself, if that’s what it is and it succeeds… if nothing else, as always, it’s public and messy.

The governor has some ties to Curaleaf as well. Here the politicians took lessons from how the mafia operated back in the day 
There was a real POS mayor of one local town who was so against legalization he whined openly about it and banned dispos WAY before we even legalized. He then went around the state helping other town s preemptively ban dispos, real Reefer Madness dumbass. Eventually they found out that his anti weed organization somehow profited off helping towns ban the dispos or something related to it.
