I’m still looking and learning as well @MoBilly. The concept is great; everything into the cobb, and the process makes them all into 1, is a fair way of saying it.
The inherent moisture, gets cooked and becomes mobil within the sealed cobb, sharing the wealth evenly as it were.
The extended long n low cooking stage has been reported as Adding things to the buzz… like the elders stuffed the cobbs in Piles of fresh excrement and carcasses etc. Fermentation is the actual Process and we know how Grapes like it.
My own efforts have me challenging this inherent harshness that I’ve noticed in the past. Even crumbled like a Hash into other smoke, its been seen as a boost…
