No doubt, met her thru Repins who sells his autos there too… Sniper Seeds.
So currently both are sponsors of mine who gift me free seeds to sample and give them exposure. The PBH should be started in it’s permanent home, what a huge difference… I’d say take one of her fem’d seed and start it in a 3gal felt pot if not a 5gal if you have the room… top the plant at least once and hold on… lol

Appreciate the kind words…I met BOG years and years ago on a forum and we talked briefly. I’d never met a guy who could grow in a sealed pot with no drain holes and yet produce a beast of a plant… and the pot was tiny by comparison… and outdoor in full sun. I was blown away. he was running mostly Bogglegum then and grew it out a few times…lost contact…
The genetics he’s created are all bush monsters as he knew what to look for when breeding and tight nodes must of been one he looked for… nothing prettier then a sea of green of his plants…
Lucky me, I was just gifted a bunch of his gear in crosses thanks to @Ottafish for laying around 4000 seeds on me… and that was after removing the yellow or failed seeds… me fingers are so sore… lmao.
Up next will be strains from my new sponsor… Flavour_Savour Seeds by Ottafish… Blue Moon Rocks maybe… and I do have pollen of it too… hmm?
This is getting to be fun again…

The one I started directly into the 2gal felt pot from the get go is getting pretty big with little cotton tops all over it. She just received her final trimming… and remember, these were flipped from birth. Imagine vegging for 2mos…

I thought it was time for a real update before I head off to bed.

The Peanut Butter Haze plants are healthy and amazing… remember, #3 is 7 to 10 days behind 1 & 2.

Beautiful!!! Tise are some really nice looking gals you got there!!
Do you like the bags??
I tried them, and air-rooting pots-- but seems they need watering more frequently???

What kind of yield do you see flipping at say 1week old vs vegging?

Oh, if it’s all yield you want… I’d veg for 3mos, top a few times and run the plant alone in this small tent, spread it out with stakes and really go for it… 3 or 5gal pot… but to fit these 7 in the 2 x 2.5 x 6ft tent, this is what I gotta do… very much like growing them auto style IMHO…

My Autos for being under 12/12 are doing pretty good too…Day 40

Actually I prefer to grow many strains w less yield. I have a ton of beans I want to try but vegging 4-5 weeks in 2g pots and flipping they get too large to run to many.

If I flip 1 week after sprout in 2g pots do I stand a decent chance of 1.5oz per plant still?

That is coming along great! LOVE the faintest hint of the elephants reflection in the foreground :ok_hand:t2:

It’s usually recommended to go at least 2 weeks veg before flip. I forget the reason behind it other than it gives plant a chance to establish it before the flip I don’t remembe, but 2 wks is the general least veg time from what I have read. If this is t right please correct me.

My brother !

It’s highly strain dependant. With indica leaning hybrids, flipping after 1 week of veg from seed or even 4-5" cuts often yields about a half oz.

Using 4 pots per square foot adds up to 64 plants per 4x4 table. At 14g each, it’s 2lbs per table per 600w bulb. Sounds about right…

Strains with a decent stretch and stacked nodes stand a better chance to yield an oz+ on a 3ft cornstalk plant.

The general idea is that flipping earlier than 2 weeks of veg tend to make more elongated plants that still won’t flower earlier.

Yeah, plants need an least a certain amount of maturity before they’re even able to flower. So you might as well give em all the light they can handle in that time. I think I’ve read three weeks.

Oh wow! I missed that!

I also did not catch that lil tidbit.

I’ve done this for 15yrs… Flowering from the get go. Some pure Indica strains can stunt a bit… but, forcing them into flower, you still get about 3wks of veg time before the plant converts. Currently mine are about 2 1/2 feet and the Autos are around 3ft. The BOG Lifesaver is short stacked nodes and a bit shorter then the others…
Like I said, my power bill from last month was $250 so the smallest tent got shut down in hopes of cutting that bill a LOT… grrrrr… Otherwise, I’d bet just the 2 bigger Peanut Butter Haze could fill one tent if I spread her branches out…

That’s the problem with a small tent and having 200 strains to grow out… usually you put to many down every run… lol
