I have a specialist just for my neck. That’s already been checked as ive got a bad atlas. My chiro is the shit. The med docs wanted to fuse my neck years ago until i found this doc. It’s something in my shoulder that’s fucked up. Right now it feels like someone trying to carve my arm out at the shoulder joint and someone else is ripping my shoulder blade off. Should have decarbed my trim before putting it in the tumbler, if i had I’d eat a qtr oz of it lol

Seems like a few of us share very similar symptoms. I have chest pains, burning in back left shoulder blade. Sever muscle spasms and twitching in arms and legs. Almost disabling pain in left hip that radiats from back to front. My doctor shrugs it off and says i have pinched and or damaged nerves , getting old sucks, shitty health care dosent help.

Yeah I think I got a defective model it’s breacking down early. It’s a great feeling when somebody twice your age asks for help lifting something and you have to explain there is no feasible way for you to help with out requiring a hospital visit. Oh well off to change a car axle and beat myself up more :pensive:

Getting old sucks, but the alternative sucks worse

Idk that has yet to be determined. When it’s over it better be over or get a hell of alot better.

Like @STIGGY said take care of your self if you can things only get worse. It can feel selfish to focus on your self if your a giving type person but you have to be able to survive your own existence to help others. Just saying don’t put yourself last so much that there is no way to catch up.

I know that horrible pain. Glad you have a super chiro. I call mine the magician. Only go to him when I’m really really bad, and he always puts me back together. @ heritage farms= yes very embarrassing to have to bow out of " manly" duties like heavy lifting. People uninjured don’t always understand what it’s like. When I get bad I can’t lift a gallon of milk and yesterday I was hanging sheetrock. The pain is so debilitating. Yeah getting old hurts.

" I’m only 42". It’s the mileage, not the years that count! Masonry is tough work! Carpenter myself. Going on 15 yrs since I blew my back out. Not getting easier that’s for damn sure!

Oh i most definitely have a lot of hard miles lol. Raced cars I my 20s and took a beating a few times and rode bulls in highschool so I’ve not been kind to this frame lol I’m a waking example of why you shouldn’t do stupid shit when you’re young just because you can. It was fun but Dammit does it ever hurt now

That’s where I’m at now my job is physically demanding and it’s really showing I’ve been at it for 6 years and my neck and back and legs are some sore most days but there are alot of days that aren’t horrible…i always try to lift right but its one of those things that’ll wear ya out no matter what.

same here, played sports and raced cars despite my genetic muscular condition.
My nickname was “the Factor” which is local slang for ‘a force to be reckoned with.’
I would just grin through the pain like a madman.
To be honest, I just assumed everyone was experiencing as much pain as I was until I finally got a diagnosis.

I’m thinking about revegging a plant. I read I should use as much light as possible. However I’d rather just go from 12 to 14 hours of light. Anyone has experience with that?

i went from 12 to 16 with early flower clones. 7 days roots, 14 days revegging

I’d go to 20/4 for a few days-week, 18/6 until you see what you want. If it’s stubborn it might NEED that or it may switch more easily-- there seems to be some of each leaning, IME.

I had some old seeds from the late 90s. I grew 2 and got a male and female, one of the seeds which was the female was unknown genetics the other was from weed sold to me as acupulco gold and it gave me a boy. It was definelty gold colored herb from Mexico… I crossed those two plants and about 1/3 of the resulting seeds got these crazy aggresive ridges going on. I’ve seen some landrace kush that had extra ridges but nothing this extreme. What do you all think.
