Iād definitely be more for cruising than speeding. Iād love a bike but other drivers are the reason I wonāt. I trust myself on riding, I donāt trust anyone around me driving.

No dude, I have never heard of the department of agriculture coming after a single person for seeds. They took them, they destroyed them, they moved on. You should be just fine.

I had some Nimrod pull out on me about a month ago. SOB didnāt even look and didnāt care that I had to cross into oncoming to dodge the POS!
I told my wife I was going to paint the bike hunter orange! Some still wonāt see you even then!
I ride with the thought that everyone out there is a slack jawed moron. Sometimes I think Iām right in that sentiment.

The thing thatās more concerning is that it says ā1 Gram Cannabis Sativus, PMā. It does say seeds down below in the ādestructionā part.

@Slick1 A judge here mentioned seeds did not contain thc, thus not constitutional to bring charges based on that, but thatās Brazil! 
Besides, itās the Agricultural department, not the Feds! Take it easy breezy!!

Is this a real thing that happens? I have a strain that Iāve been trying to grow for awhile thatās been giving me hell about germinating.

More likely just poor germination rate for the seeds, pathogens can be passed on to seeds but itās not super common. For example I believe the rate of HLVd being passed to seeds is like 3% or less from an infected parent
