My local deli has added a twist to the Traditional TAYLOR ham and cheese here. Blackened Taylor Ham!! That added zip literally reinvented the TAYLOR Ham and cheese sandwich for me. Hey @Slick1 you should try a Blackened TAYLOR Ham and cheese bro! You’ll be a convert to the north in no time :smiley:

This was our last pulled pork smoke session, using a pork shoulder in this case:

Dry rubbed. Add any BBQ sauce afterwards for sandwiches. Pulled pork freezes great, too.

Hell yeah cuz lol it’s just momma and me, well our son dropped by also to grab some lol I had him do a few things in the grow lol then rewarded him! We always have some the next day and freeze the rest

From an economical standpoint, smoking large cuts is really worth it too. Brisket being in a similar category. Delicious.

I just got a nice locally farmed pork brisket. I think I’ll slow roast it in a dutch oven with some nice mushrooms, vegetables, and a broth made with dry sherry.

Indeed lol we do a brisket now and then too, just about any meats we do smoked, BBQ, dry rub roasted etc we always have plenty left to freeze. Always a good idea

You can run out fairly easy lol then you gotta wait before issuing more lol the higher you go in TL the more you get, but even there, is a limit lol

I wonder what the quick wash would be like with non carbed flower. I plan on doing a non carbed tincture anyway.

Yeah she does a blog post where she tested the quick wash tested against the long soak and it came in slightly less potent but the flavour is way better, especially when you let it reduce down a bit.
