Cheap Walmart LEDs..2,000 watts

Just saw this on Walmart website, what’s up with this? It’s only $27, is it even worth $27? I don’t use LEDS or know anything about them but for $27. I will buy one just for the hell of it and shove it in my Phototron that’s fucked up…what’s your guys opinions.

2000w being the name they put up actual is probably closer to 40-65w and of crap chips at least when doing burples, whites are more efficient.

@PhilCuisine even if you paid for this full price & spent another $50 to ship this to me for free. I’d still NOT use that light… it’s likely that crappy. Lol

I’ve decided that I hate blurples and wouldn’t buy another one at any price.

They assault my eyes.

Also no way it’s 2000 watts

I’ve heard people say you can find quality on there but the amount of absolute bullshit you have to wade through… I’ll buy it “local”

@jango mentioned wish

Now i got all you beat

Same light but 20000w, must be that new fancy tech to allow them to run 89watts though a 0.3w chip

and now that im actually looking over on wish WTF, i just cant … none list actual wattage or prices that are straight scams, as charging quantum board prices for $30 knockoffs.

Also light above according to specs is 1533lm at 20000w making that 0.077lm/w better off lighting a candle with those specs lol.

BTW a 14w philips screw in bulb from homedepot outputs 1500lm its $6.

new winner 3 pack listed 1000lm each lol

They probably make Christmas and disco lights too😅

lets just say immediately deleted my burner account and will never be back, at least aliexpress has a partial decorum of legitimacy and cheaper prices just have to do a little bit of reading.

Alright hear me out on this. NO COMPANY SELLS A 1000+ TRUE WAT LED LIGHT. Youre probably looking at a shady company who’s lying straight to your face, or using their “MILLIONWAT” only on their title as a name for that specific product, when in reality, that light pulls about 200 watts of the wall, which would only be enough for one or maybe two plants at most.
Please be careful and buy products from reputable sources like Gavita, HLG, Iluminar, Luxx and dont fall into the hands of these low-quality brands!
Good Luck!

With LEDs, you definitely get what you pay for. I’m 100% sure I could source similar LEDs through aliexpress. But if something goes wrong, dealing with support half a world away is just a PITA.
