Chronix's Overgrown Tent

Well… I haven’t updated in awhile.
I had a bunch of seedlings going.
My friggin’ cat ate some of the seedlings. It ate a Frankenstein fem, a PPP, and some Mighty mites :pouting_cat:
My fault though.
(someone knocked on my door while I was watering, cat decided to munch)
The remaining seedlings that I had resulted in a surprising amount of males.

I messed up the top dressing of nutrients schedule, the 3 plants in the back got angry with me for not feeding them enough.
I had to repot them from 1 gallons to 3 gallon pots.
Gave them a top dressing of nutes.
They are looking better then they did a week ago.
The mutant plants didn’t seem to complain much about the nutrients.

I am left with 3 regular female cannabis plants.

They are the 3 plants in the back of the tent.
Left is Space Bound Kush from @DannyTerpintine
Middle is Bubba Kush x Mango Bubba from @DannyTerpintine
Right is (Blockhead x Mikado) x C99 from @smokenhike

I also have 4 female mutant plants, which are in the front part of the tent.
I got 2 Berry Freak from @middleman
I also got 2 Dooligah Freaks from @lilmanbigplan

As you can see they are overgrowing the tent, I am hoping I can throw them outdoors as soon as possible.

Here is a picture of a Mighty Mite from @Oldtimerunderground that decided to flower under 24 hour lighting.
I wasn’t sure how it would turn out but I gave it a chance. Left it in a solo cup, I gave it one feeding of top dressing nutes for flowering. It is living in the shadows of the tent because it’s so small and I never gave it something to boost it higher off the ground. It did surprisingly well. I will give it another week perhaps before chopping.

Also, cat in the picture is the cat guilty of eating seedlings.

I almost missed the cat in the photos . Love the log bud!:green_heart:

Thanks!
Yeah it has been fun to watch it grow and do its own thing.
It may be small but I am surprised at how well it is doing for only having about a tea spoon of top dressing of flowering nutes. Which was over a month ago. :hushed:
I am in alot of pain lately but still alive. :smiley_cat: How are things with you? I have to hop onto your thread, I am a bit behind.

They are really cool plants, I love them. I had some males and instead of killing them I put them outside just to see how they would handle the cold weather. I have one mutant plant that has lived through snow and -4c (24.8f) temperatures, some days 10c (50f), then back to freezing temps. I would have more survivors but some were in solo cups but I forgot to water them. :upside_down_face:
(I will try to remember to take a pic of one outdoors tomorrow)

Thanks man! I would have a bigger line up going if I had more space. :100:

I think these plants are awesome, it would be cool to have a patch of 100 of these outdoors somewhere. How big did yours grow?

It is a mighty plant for sure! :muscle:

I am impressed too, other then watering it once a day I really neglected it. Poor plant has been living in the shadows. :grimacing:

Thanks! If all goes well this outdoor season I should have many more flower pics.

Thank you.
I got 2 black cats and sometimes all I can see is yellow eyes.

Here is the Mighty Mite plant that was neglected in the shadows most of her life.
I decided to chop it as it wasn’t getting much light, the other plants are growing out of control and I can’t wait to kick them outside.
Forgot to take pics of whole tent. :expressionless:
Next update will probably be when I throw them all outdoors.

Pretty damn impressive for a neglected solo cup. Got me even more excited for @Oldtimerunderground seed increase!
Sorry to hear you’re experiencing a lot of pain. I hope it mellows out as much as possible for you.
What kind of nose does she have?

Well the black cat has a black nose.
I’m not good at smell descriptions like some people here on OG… but for a little plant it smells pretty friggin’ dank.
I’m sure the smoke will be good, but I am more interested in how the edible effects will be.

My nose is terrible also :joy::joy: broad strokes pine, fuel, sweet etc. @chronix
Outa :heart::heart::heart::heart:
How are you doing?

I don’t smell anything fuel. It’s kind of a mix between pine and perhaps moss?
Earthy forest type smell after some rain fall.

I’m doing okay. Nerve pain and back are killing me like usual. I gotta do some yard clean up soon and I am not looking forward to it.
Prickle bushes (black berry bushes) need to be cut back before they over grow my property. Neighbor doesn’t do anything about his prickle bushes so it is an extra constant battle for me.

How are you doing buddy?

Speaking of outdoors… Since my tent was growing out of control I rolled the dice :game_die: an decided to throw all my plants outdoors tonight.

Pics will be in the next post.

Thanks for sharing what nose you’re getting.
Hopefully your pain levels mellow for you. I can’t imagine living with that kind of chronic pain.
I was just talking with my buddy about having trouble overcoming inertia :joy::joy:

What strain have you found to be most effective for you?

I’m so waiting for weather to all me to put plants outside

These plants are in rough shape from being squished growing in the 3x3 tent, light wasn’t getting to the lower sections at all do to the overgrown’ness.
I messed up badly with the Gaia Green organic nutrients this time. My first grow with it went pretty damn good but, this time it didn’t go so well. You get to see the good, and the shitty in this thread. I don’t sugar coat anything. Some days I shouldn’t even get out of bed. :upside_down_face:
I have since been feeding them Earth Juice liquid nutes for a simple way to get the plants in better condition.

2 plants on the left are Dooligah Freaks from @lilmanbigplan
2 plants on the right are Berry Freaks from @middleman

Not sure if anyone can see it in the pic but there is a mutant in a 1 gallon pot on the bottom.
It is a male plant. Instead of killing it I put it outside as a tester to see how long it would live.
It has been out for weeks now, and it has even survived snow. It is a (Train Wreck x GG4) x ABC from @middleman

(Block Head x Mikado) x C99 from @smokenhike on the left.
SpaceBound Kush from @DannyTerpintine in the middle
Bubba Kush x Mango Bubba from @DannyTerpintine on the right.

Pics suck, I will try to get better ones soon when the suns out.

Plants will also be planted into the ground sometime soon.

I feel your pain. I got some ugly ducklings in the tent myself at this moment…if I just had the space to put them outside in the ground, they’d be doing much better I think 🫣
Also due to a mistake with fertiliser…but also heat. Had to move everything to a mate for 10 days and they got absolutely fried :slightly_frowning_face:

Nice @chronix, looks like you have a good head start. Those should be monsters by the end of the season.

Been awhile since I’ve made an update.
Plants are a bit hungry and beat up from the weather…
I know I put them outside a little too soon but thats the way she goes and grows.
I was giving them Earth Juice nutrients but it wasn’t working as well as it did before for me.
So I got them on the Remo nutrients an they are getting better slowly every day.

I threw some autoflower crosses that I made outside. A few days after they got attacked by fierce wind and hail. The hail did a bunch of damage.

Here they are today. I tossed the males that I found. Some still haven’t shown gender yet so more may be tossed.
They got beat up pretty bad but they are still alive, we shall see how they do.

Left plant is an Indiana Bubblegum that decided to autoflower under 24 hour lighting before I threw it outside.
The plant next to it is Spacebound Kush from @DannyTerpintine
The 3rd plant is a Bubba Kush x Mango Bubba from @DannyTerpintine
4th plant is (Blockhead x Mikado) x C99 from @smokenhike
There is a 5th plant, if you look above the shovel handle you can see a (Train Wreck x GG4) x ABC plant from (still waiting to identify its gender) @middleman

First 2 plants are Berry Freaks from @middleman
3rd plant near the prickle bushes is a Dooligah freak from @lilmanbigplan

Here is another Dooligah freak from @lilmanbigplan

Here is one of 2 fem Frankenstein plants from @JohnnyPotseed I got going that will be outdoors soon.

These 2 plants are Purple Punch auto x Meat Breath, and Chemdawg x Meat Breath from @Wizdom
I do have them labeled but I can’t remember which is what right now. :upside_down_face:

Yes, my yard is a friggin mess. Some how I pinched a nerve in my back and messed up my neck/ left shoulder/and left arm muscles. I won’t be doing any weeding any time soon. :upside_down_face:  :expressionless: :man_shrugging:
