Yezzir, unrooted cuts, if they get real dry I’ll give them a spritz but this has worked for many many years and the person I learned it from had an entire fridge full almost always, and sold cuts that way, you wanted a cut , he’d hit the fridge, grab a bag and hand you a couple. Ran a business that way for over 20 years, I’m surprised more people don’t do this tbh.
