the 1st 2nd or 3rd BEST BUD I had tried in all of Colorado! In the top 3 if nt the best!!
Gotcha! Good to hear.
Good morning OG!! Well, gonna be back in the 90’s . So, I gave all my tomato plants, and the 2 outdoors a Big ol’ breakfast with Epsom salt, and a high “p” desert. Things are poppin along like they should be. The Glass slipper is finally getting a cool off period with the morning temps dipping down to as low as 45 degree’s… I think the Tangerine gained some height… Probably at 11 feet at this very moment, and easily sucking down 2 gallons of water/food a day. Yup, the flowering is definetely kicking in!.. I can see the nights are getting shorter, and so we should start seeing some bud growth anytime. I wish ya all a great day!!!
Looks like you have a good grow going . I’m weeks ahead of you my girls are really stacked and sticky still close to and above 100 deg not much cooling at night . A couple of plants that get direct sun morning till night have a glossy sticky feel on the sugar leaf maybe a defense against the heat no insect damage . And your tomatoes look great we had a bumper crop also .
Thank you Sir. Ya, I cant wait til I start seeing them bananas form!! lol Its always a delight to walk outside and see them radical changes. My indoor plants are suffering a bit. Getting to be almost 90 degree’s inside… The reason?, well iam 30 feet above street level, and as we all know, heat rises. The AC is working hard, but its not dropping the temps much… If I didnt have that unit, it would be at least 105 degree’s up in here. Oh well, things could be worse. I really enjoyed your thread Gramps. You got it going on!! Keep up the good work, and Thanks for stopping by! Ok, off to get my haircut, and then hitting up the mail center in town. I believe my Dark Devil seeds are waiting on me… Have a nice day buddy!!
Man its HOT! Got home a few minutes ago and checked on the two girls in the backyard… They seem to be loving the extreme rays of sunshine. Doing incredibly well. The GS is looking almost back to normal, thriving outdoors!.. There both getting along fine, playing cards, and taking straight shots!..
TANGERINE DREAM
GLASS SLIPPER
It’s only in the low 80’s here but with our humidity at like 61% it feels like a million degrees. I’m so funny, this is actually a pretty mild summer. I’m a spoiled Southern Cali chick. What can I say? lol Was in the garden earlier and ran out of there as quickly as possible. Hotter than the Devil’s Dick right now! Glad I watered yesterday, only have a few things that absolutely have to be done today, but I’ll save that for sundown. lol
Plants are looking good out there! They throwing pistils yet? In preflower? Still waiting on the last of mine to get with the program. My Dragon’s Blood Hashplant and 2 Strawberry Diesels. Damn they are gonna go long into November at this rate.
Hi Meesh! Always nice to see ya! … Here, roll up a doobie,… Help yourself. Yah, the summer hours are starting to get short, and more darkness, which in turn turns on the flowering hormone. Iam seeing the pre-flowers on the Tange plant. Not on the GS. Not sure how the GS will turn out, since I tossed her outside kinda late, But i think we’ll get something out of her. The Tangerine is starting to resemble a tower. It looks more Sativa… Stretches out, and then fattens up. She’s a high yielder for sure. Anyways, Gonna plant some Dark Devils in a few, and get these “Bad Girls” up and running! Excited!! Never done an “Auto”… Im stoked!! Sending my Love, … Have a nice relaxing day! Hugs!
Autos are fun! Quick and easy peasy lemon squeezy. They usually only need like 1/2 strength fert too. Enjoy! btw… everyone always tells you to start them in final pot. I start in starters and transplant at about 10 to 14 days and have never had an issue… just saying I just think it’s easier to water that way.
Good to know Meesh,… Keep the ferts light. Ok, Thank you for the tip. Time to get my hands dirty. Take care hun!
Well, planted just 3 of the best looking Dark Devil seeds in a very light lucas mixture, with a single drop of ST.
Im old school, and I like to keep it simple…
I also add an ample amount of finely granulated dolomite lime, its a “must” in all my soil grows…Keeps that ph in check, and of course adds cal and mag…
Crossing my fingers. Should be fine and dandy. Done this a million times! …
Damn, lots of beans. He’s for sure not stingy huh?
Best of luck broski.
The single outdoor GS is now looking almost back to normal … It takes a licking, and keeps on ticking!
No, he’s one cool cat… Ill throw him a nice package when the time comes…
She actually looks like she’s got her feet kicked up on a lounge chair saying “Ahhhh”!
Hey all, Been super busy lately, and not logging in much. Summer time. Gotta take advantage of the outdoor life while the weather permits. Anyways, I want to keep this GS and Tangerine dream Diary current, with fresh updates. Oh by the way, Ive decided to put 3 more GS outside! Yup, sometime tonight…hehehe…
Ok, Here’s what they look like today. This Tange Monster is easily 11 feet tall now… 3 gallons of food and water a day. At least 4 or 5 different kinds of ferts, and nutes, Epsom, dolomite, and of course a pinch of MKP at every feeding. The roots in the bucket must look like “Ropes” by now… She is one big ass Biotch. She just wants to sit around and eat. At this rate, This Monster Tange may become the biggest yield I ever got out of a single plant ever, especially in a 5 gallon bucket!. Lol Have a great day, and a much better evening folks.
Good morning folks! … Mission accomplished!! Hahaha! Moved 3 more Glass Slippers outside. Now we have a total of 5 plants out in the back. They already have been flowering while indoors, so hopefully they’ll do even better with the much cooler temps… Only time will tell!.. Well, Have a good day OG!
The very first Glass Slipper I put outside is doing better than I could ever imagine… At one point, I didnt think she would make a full come back… Now, She in near perfect health!..Not a very big plant, The GS’s build is more stout and short. Hope the other 3 turn out like this one! The buds are starting to form, and the white hairs are everywhere. I think we have a winner folks!
Looking great brotha man
