Definitely need to change the Res today. All these pics were taken just before lights on. And you can see the start of an iron deficiency which I presume is due to pH drift from nutes being used by the plants. I havenāt used a pH meter for years now. Always end up with more problems chasing drift than I do listening to what the plants tell me.

What size did it go in though? I had to tease most the Coco away and may have damaged some roots bro. Theyāll get there. If it wasnāt water based growing Iād never know though so itās not a problem. I just want roots out before I flip to 12/12. This run aināt about size or yield as you know. (Big yield be welcome though)
You know the worst bit about OG is seeing prime nugs when I got no smoke at all. And thatās all I seen all day. Might just go bed 
Mine are in hydroton mate so a lot easier to work their way down. I started them in root riot cubes until I seen the root poke out the bottom then put them in the rdwc. All in all they are around 6 days old. Iāll grab a photo soon as I get a minute
Mine are hydroton too bro. But they were started in Coco as thatās what I had available. How do you get on with root riot cubes for starting? 6 days for roots showing out the bottom of anything is pretty good going.
I swear by them mate. You have to keep them in a propagator to help keep the moisture in and as soon as you see a root transfer them. Iāve forgot a few times and came home to them dampened off.
Next time I go Holland hydroponics Iāll pick some up and try my luck for the next germ session.

Root riot is more for clones so has a bit feed in them.
You gotta have a bit of feed in inert media anyway. I usually use some kind of bloom nutes to start for the lack of N and abundance of P.
I use water direct from the tap so donāt need to add anything else really until they grow a few nodes although Iāve put 500ppm of veg nutrients into the system anyway for good measures. Itās a single strain grow so bought a net and gonna scrog it for as long as I can be arsed with them then let them go
I still really should change my Res but honestly cba going back in the closet looking at green when Iām not smoking. Petulent child head on today 
so they can go another day or till Monday when I get a smoke

North always goes well. If it goes past your end then takes a bit longer usually but gets there. Murica takes longer and has to be āsecretedā in some other āgiftā
