I am not a moderator, just a leader/co-op distributor. I didn’t find a rule but it really isn’t fair. It tells you, as an individual, how to sign up. Not how to sign-up friends.
I know people have for people that CAN’T sign up themselves. It was limited and very extreme situations.
This is why I usually post the list in the middle of the night to give our friends on the other side of the world a chance.

One other thing @ifish , moderators will never monitor such things as the Co-op is user run and managed. That said you made a good point so it has been corrected
