My copa #2 is full throttle flowering while my #1 right next to it is still lounge lizard mode vegging lol.

Fair enough, there are supposed to be September finishers in there, that one plant just snuck up on me with flowering. I did okay on germination but lost a bunch along the way. I really wish I could’ve moved them up to big containers much earlier. Next year should hopefully be a whole nother story.

Yea I’m still learning a lot with outdoor growing myself. I grew indoors for years and worked in greenhouses in dry hot areas but now I’m in a humid cold area growing actual outdoor plants so it’s a very different restart.

Been real busy this summer and not paying much attention or care to the tent, but the ladies keep on chugging through flower. Black Lime Reserve x GSD testers at 7ish weeks:

Pheno 1: super branchy and lanky, throwing out stems and buds and flopping all around but they’re filling out plumply. Smells like diesel fuel and skunk spray, super thirsty.

Pheno 2: much more upright and self-supporting, smaller buds that look much darker green and red, and have excellent density. Looks to be a smaller yield but a high quality, drinks much less water relative to it’s size, bushier and not especially stinky in flower, unlike it’s sister.

The 3 gals left in my garden:

JR77 x GSD F5:

The 2 fence jumpers…

The gal in the pot that decided to flower early. Flowers smell of rotting fruit, nothing like the “fisherman’s friend” minty stem rub.

I tried taking photos of the 9D4 x P25’s from the side, but most of them are pretty bad. Finding it tough to get a halfway decent shot in a field. Anyway, not as useful maybe, but here are a few of them from the top. I’ll work on getting better shots from the side (I could use an actual camera, and a macro lens).

Got two pink haired phenos, one started flowering july 1, another about july 5. Out of the 4 at my house 3 are at least over a week into flower. I have another 2 at my friends house that are looking about ready to flower but he’s dealing with some light pollution.

The one that started flowering july 1 is on the far right you can kinda make out the bud structure hopefully.

I was hoping for a pink hair pheno…lucky bastard

They are faster than they are pink but definitely pink haired. Pollinated a few branches on both for next season :call_me_hand::call_me_hand:. Went a couple different directions with the pollen, long flowering sativa hybrid and also just some more typical stuff. I also have one female williams wonder x 79 Colombian queen most purple f2 and those have some deeply indigo hairs. Thought I was just seeing shit at first and even stopped spraying neem just to see if the new hairs were also purple. Super cool line not as vigorous or quick to flower as project 25 though

Quick update jr77 x gsd f5. I found 3 bananas way low I’m not 100% on why it could very well be something environmental I plucked them off and going to keep moving forward. She still smells great. I do see some seeds only right by the bananas so I guess they’ll be s1. On another note I have cloned her and will run her again

same thing happend to me with the (Sour d bx2 x gsd f5) and the Vale Tudo round 2 testers(gsd f5 x [kimbo kush x Vintage mendo purps]) 2 outta 4 phenos threw male flowers only on the way lowers only, when I asked Copa he told me he used multiple males for the vale tudo gsd f5 dad(s) which one probably still carried the gg4 nanner trait and said he working on round 3 now which will probably end up being round 2 because the test results. I’m testing same herm pheno outdoors now and my 2x4 tent gave me a bunch of fems which i will grow out for fun one day. Having a blast testing these strains out and really looking forward to more tests in the future! Cheers everyone! I hope y’all having a great summer so far!

This is the sour d bx2 X Gsd F5 that didn’t throw nanners and is best smoke I’ve had since the Crazy bitch I grew last winter, super gassy skunky roadkill terps with just a hint of sour berries in it. My new go to smoke

Definitely a possibility too. That’s right the gsd is gg4x ssdd I think. It’s all part of it I’m just gonna pluck em off n keep her chugging. I took one nice clone so I will run her again.

Update on the outdoor Copa testers Gsd f5 x p25

5 gallon fabric pots with Premier HPCC M with tap water irrigation and top dressing for flowering( veg nites mixed in soil) usually run all organic but they looked a little lacking to hit them with a small one timedose of calcium nitrate, ammonium nitrate. Due to heat might have burnt the tips of 2 plants slightly. Im not too worried looks like growing out of it. The range from about 4-5 feet about the ground including the container. They are starting to strecth and seems like flowers Will appear soon. The 2 smallest of the 7 girls have this amazing aroma line a mixture between ricolla amd fisherman’s friend. Lime a sweet herbal spicey lozenge. ( almost like Jagermister)
Sorry about the poor photos angles

Ok, let’s try that again, but with the correct photos this time.

One P25 that’s been bushing out but not flowering, and two others that are flowering, but not bushing out.

Whoa, if I remember correct you’re in VT too right? And those are already flowering? That’s kinda crazy, I guess I knew the P25 was supposed to finish in September but I didn’t picture flowering in July!

I am, and I know… right? I even have a short one that started flowering a few weeks ago and is well ahead of the pictured two. When you do the math it does make sense. I’m presuming the earliest one leans Fast Pink, at least when it comes to when it starts flowering (and maybe it was partially triggered by being in a small nursery pot too long, when I noticed it had started flowering I immediately up-potted all of the P25s).

That was gonna be my next question: if you thought that some of them got triggered prematurely for one reason or another. When buying the pack I had visions of having a mother plant that I could hold to run outdoors every year, but if getting rootbound sends em into full blown flower it’d put a damper on those plans for sure haha
