My Gramps got the swine flu in '09. He technically died from pneumonia, but he never would have gotten pneumonia if he hadn’t gotten swine flu. Did swine flu kill him? Doesn’t much matter except for how you want to count it. As long as they’re being relatively consistent when trying to compare between illnesses. That’s all I care about.

Yep Believe the death toll numbers , I live in the heart of it here and my local state park is storing the refrig/truck bodies waiting for the ones at nearby hospitals to be filled and needing a new one. We have approx 10 here now .

Please start posting the source of these claims. Just stating something makes it difficult to verify the veracity or understand the full story without knowing the source.
E.g. someone just claimed that it was reported that 87% of the folk in Italy that died would have been dead within 14 days anyways. But, no source to verify against.
I don’t know about most, some probably. And, there’s the same thing on the other side of the coin, too. It’s like a mini-war. They’re not on my personal list as being a credible source of information (CNN). FOX, on the other-side, does the same thing time to time but differently. Mostly via editorials. Verifying the information from any source takes time to dig into the background along with some care to avoid the misinterpretations, bias, and to be able to discuss what it means.
