Methanol would likely kill viruses but it is exceedingly toxic and will absorb through the skin and through inhalation. It turns into formaldehyde when in the body (embalming fluid).
And, itāll melt a lot of stuff such as plastics.
Donāt use it if you can avoid it. If you have to use it, be careful with it.

Went to costco today they are reducing the amount of people in the store and have set up a queuing system with pallets, they also have lines on the floor when you are at the checkout so you dont get close to the people in front of you and they dont like you helping to pack your stuff, I was told 3 times to step back. They cant pack to save their lives lol, tinned stuff on top of soft stuff, surprised the eggs were not crushed. They were all wearing gloves and spraying down the conveyor belt after every person finished, they had toilet paper lol, didnāt buy any.
Walmart was the same as usual, super store said we had to pack our own bags, which I normally do anyway, no one wants cash, or to handle the points cards.

Generally speaking, yes.
Individual circumstances vary widely.
And the money you have in mind playing with should be money you do not need.
Given higher minimums and suitability thresholds, some play money could be used on
Futures trading, or Stock options, which can be quite lucrative or devastating, but either way you can get much better leverage. I actually prefer these to so called penny stocks, which IMO, should be avoided by all.
Nowadays, I focus primarily on fundamental value and income (dividends) because of my own circumstances. And I use equity options only to hedge or enhance income.
No doubt that some money can be made trading in this choppy and potentially treacherous current market.
But buy and hold is what I feel most comfortable with now. (For me).
