am not arguing, I just believe the best way to keep us all safe is vaccines and following guidelines.

āVAERS is an early warning system used to monitor adverse events that happen after vaccination. VAERS is the frontline system of a comprehensive vaccine safety monitoring program in the United States. It is one of several systems CDC and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) use to help ensure all vaccines, including COVID-19 vaccines, are safe.ā

VAERS in chart form:
Exactly.
The FDA has not and will not approve of ANY cv-19 vax until clinical trials are concluded.
The 3 main vaxxes are only approved for EMERGENCY use.
Not sure who they reference with. They dont say, probably the drug companies.
Yeah we are all entitled to our opinions, I believe the best way is to avoid things that ruin our immune system, and is preventative to illnesses, eat healthily, boost gut bacteria, eat organic, exercise, meditate, and remove things that ruin our immune system and create inflammation, like sugar sugar substitutes, HFCs, gmo and processed foods and alcohol.
If our governments were truly interested in our health, they would ban sugar and sugar substitutes tobacco and alcohol. They make money from that so they dont care about us putting that in our bodies. These things kill and damage more people than anything else.
the āspikeā facilitates entry into the cell there is evidence that it is, standing alone, pathological ā that is, it causes disease in the human body without the rest of the virus . The nucleocapsid portion, on the other hand, is the part that is responsible for replication; if it is tagged and the cell containing it is destroyed then viral replication is prevented even though penetration of the cell has occurred.
So these injections cause your body to produce the spike protein but not the nucleocapsid portion that your body could learn immunity from.
This must be the reason why the vaccinated still have to wear masks.
The vaccines give you no immunity.
(isnāt that the whole point?)
EDIT
" It gets worse ā the resistance isnāt to the spike, itās almost-exclusively to the nucleocapsid portion of the virus among those with existing resistance; the largest set of reactions by far was to the nucleocapsid, not the spike. This is very strong evidence that it is that nucleocapsid reactivity that provides effective resistance to serious disease. The existing āvaccinesā do not and cannot provide this since they encode only the spike.
Again for those who are reading-comprehension challenged: The existing vaccines are worthless for building said perfected immunity since the data is that the nucleocapsid section, which the vaccines do not code, is where most of the pre-existing resistance against serious disease resides."
Reminder, this is a check in thread for those that may have contracted Covid or are at high risk ā¦ in order to lend support to our community members.
This thread is not about vax theories either for or against. Please consult or refer questions regarding vaccine efficacy to other forums specializing in the topic, etc if youād like to discuss current treatment regimes.
This is a hot button topic for/against. Weāve had such threads in the past and they all ended up in the tank.

I learned something from my granddaughter that was to late for me. Seems like all the kids know this from tick tock. If you swing your arm before and waiting for the shot your arm doesnāt hurt after.
And guess right it is in fact a fact.
Make circles and move your arm.
She made fun of all the old people sitting perfectly still like I did.
Iām a Cook myself been a kitchen manager and a sous Chef I have been vaccinated with the Pfizer vaccine. I work at a kitchen warehouse in Seattle ran by one of our more local famous Chefās heās been doing everything he can to keep his company and all of us safe heās had to shutdown half of his restaurants in the area. Keep safe everyone. Keep it
i didnāt even feel the needle in my arm when getting the first shot, kind of expected some pain, but nothing. strange.
The needle is small as needles go.
I had flu like symptoms for 24-36 hours.
Not too bad considering.
Oh and my arm hurt for a few days.
If everyone carried a yardstick, we would have no problem staying 6 feet apart. think about it.
Hoping to get my vaccine soon but I am disabled and havenāt been able to leave the house since last march so I need to work up to it and improve my strength a bit before I will be able to. Iām not ready to admit defeat and take medical transport on a hard stretcher. Plus medical transport is a covid exposure risk in and of itself. Really hoping to be able to walk in and out of the appointments with my cane.
Iām getting around the house ok but canāt do any stairs, and I canāt go very far before I become exhausted. Been a long time since I have been able to even walk down 2 steps to go out into my garden.
Iām going to try to go out to my garden tomorrow. I was able to play guitar for about 10 minutes a few days ago. First time I have been able to play in at least 8 months. It sounded great too. Hopefully that means I am getting a little bit stronger again.
@JustSumTomatoes thanks for sharing I was really encouraged that you are feeling well after the vaccine. Hoping to get mine as soon as the docs can get the correct paperwork with the state for me to get the vaccine at a dedicated medical facility.

Most of my time outdoors I have a 130lb shepherd on an 8 foot leash.
ā¦
Plus thereās my COVID avoidance plan.
I smoke marijuana which makes me cough.
This coughing keeps others away.
Win/win!
Doing great, havenāt had any issues with my Pfizer vaccine myself. My girl had flu-like symptoms for 24 hours after her second Pfizer vaccine. Fine after that and has been since.
@zephyr Sorry to hear youāve been so grounded, thatās a lot to be going through amidst everything else. Iām sure thereās a more realistic way for you to get vaccinated than having to be dragged out to a location. Maybe a nurse could do a house call to give you one? Glad I could offer words of support and encouragement. Good job on picking the guitar back up again Iāve been meaning to get active again with music myself. Hitting little daily goals like that sure makes a difference in emotional health.
Just got my second shot yesterday, both were Pfizer, wife has been fully vaxed for months, looks like weāre finally getting things on track over here in the great white North
Still staying safe, havenāt managed to catch it again and still havenāt gotten the vaxā¦ Not because Iām antivax, I see it as an option, just not one Iām ready to take yetā¦
Stay safe out there yāall! Keep your head up, keep your distance, donāt cough in peopleās mouths lol
Iāve had second shot tooā¦
AZ and Moderna. Now I just need Pfizer and Iāve got the whole set!
i got both shots out of the way, pfizer.
second shot was ok, the first got me sleeping for almost 3 daysā¦ nothing else
Lots of studies coming out showing that if you caught sars cov 2 you wont need a vax, everyone who caught sars cov 1 are still immune 15 years later, and if you caught sars cov 1 you have around 60% immunity from cov 2
That is great to here. The vaccines
are getting to the people than?
