I was going to wait till fall. I figure it would be like the flu shot and yearly booster. But if it will be two this year I may go ahead. I’ll see what the S-I-L says, he is a pharmacist.

First time sick like this in a long time
Fever 11am at work .left to buy Advil at lunch,worked through , after supper had sensitivity to light, i Laid down an was still burning up 
, bit of difficulty breathing , neverhad fever before in life this bad , contemplated calling ambulance . Took a rapid test. Negative, calmed the panic and anxiety most likely causein it to be worse ,
Got ice packs on head , ended up throwing up, took Advil, fever went then was on toylet all night . . . .
Took ginger , fever back now,
Ice pack and going to bed.
Hope it doesn’t get much worse
No viral load sinus , runny Nose ormsore throat,

So sorry to hear of all of you guys that got it. I’m probably gonna run into town to find another booster, my third. I have to say I’ve been pretty lucky. I think I had it at the start a couple of years ago, and then started all of my vaccines when they first came out.
I did have about 3 events last year that I was concerned about but always tested negative. Some weird news on the testing front… if you get a negative on your rapid test, you’re supposed to wait a day or two and test again.
It turns out that the tests can show false negative results but not so much on the positive.
I second what @George had to say, best to keep yourself as healthy as possible on top of it all. There’s already a new variant going around now but seems to not be as bad…? Boost up troops! peace

Our province is being ravaged but most it’s a 3 day shut down - some bed ridden - some healthier and managing . My neighbour was in bed for 5 days and couldn’t get out of bed for a smoke for 5 days. I hope he quit…

I went to breakfast with a bud who was in Alberta a week before a he said he had it … I shouldn’t have but he had no symptoms and it beeb a week… I’ve been pretty hermit last 4 months so any exposure would put me down lol
I always throw up when I am sick. If I take to much vitamin c or any supplement I get sick and throw up. Even smoke to much ganja and close my eyes I start spinning out and throw up .

just getting over my battle with covid head finally not numb and i can think and process normal speed again. the head aches were brutal and the fever and cold chills sucked. im a huge suck when im sick though and it triggers my anxiety bad still have a cough that makes me couch when i breath deep but i have been more sick from a flu but dont think i was this sick in the last 10 years

feeling like shit the past few days but tested negative, hopefully it stays that way. my dad just tested positive so we’ll see how that goes. how’s everyone else doing?

, you should do another test later, sometimes it takes some days until you give positive while having it, hope not …
Here in Spain numbers are going down, almost 91% people already vaccinated, that’s the way to go …

Just in the past few weeks my boss came back from a business trip with it.
Then I was supposed to deliver clones to a friend but his kid caught it.
Buddy I play disc golf with attended the Summercamp music festival last weekend and then tested positive.
I have a baseball game and a concert lined up for next week and get the feeling I should stay masked…

has anyone who had covid have any issues with smell and taste? my kitchen reeks of alcohol but i guess i’m the only one who smells it, after eating now all i smell is old cooked onions… and this diet coke i’m trying to mask it with tastes like ketchup…very weird.

Congratulations! Yeah the smell and taste should come back eventually. I’ve heard anywhere from a couple of days to a few months!
