That should be fine. Open and work on the tent you don’t want pollinated first every day and use a decent filter to bring air into that tent. That should be sufficient.
You can do it if you have some… flexibility.
I have one tent - so that is ‘the girl’s room’.
I keep them all together until it’s ‘sexy time’. At that point the boys are removed and sequestered in the living room for pollen collection.
I used a bedroom for the selective pollination. Once pollination is done, the boys are gone and the girls are back in the tent.
The overarching requirement is pollen containment.
The ‘secret’ is that a fine mist of water (think fog) is total Kryptonite to pollen.

I’m guessing you want the pollen to settle for awhile before misting?
Yes, I found 2 hours worked fine for me.
(Some folks said half an hour was OK, others said that wasn’t OK.)
Basically, I have one branch exposed for pollination. Dust it, wait 2 hours and spritz… the plant, the room & myself. (multiple branches = multiple dads).
I didn’t find any seeds in the unpollinized buds other than the one branch I totally missed, it had 2 seeds.

I was thinking more something like this but I’m not crazy about having to wear leggings.
But seriously thanks for the info! The guy who walked me halfway through my first grow acted as if pollen was radioactive in a grow room, how if you even spot an immature male you need to scrub the tent (if not the room) down with alcohol and pray your next run a year from now won’t pollinate. Someone else told me on OG that water neutralizes it pretty well but the timeframe and another vouch for it definitely helps!
When you say multiple dads do you mean of the same strain or are you getting multiple crosses out of one plant? Didn’t even occur to me to do the latter!
Yes, a bit more work but I wanted to try doing it.
In hindsight, I really think it is the way to go.
It’s a little like that game Battleship, each hole is a cross and you can quickly zero in on the best ones.
I suppose if it was a big set of crosses - it could be a lot of work!

I think that I’m going to do sea of green in my flower tent for these. I have plenty of head room in this tent to let the mommas get tall. Just not too wide.
I have such a hard time with humidity when it’s cold out. It feels good to have it perfect without having to do anything at all now that it’s hot out.
It was getting mighty cramped up in here so I decided to put a couple of these in the other tent with the Cali-O that is finishing up and flip em all tonight
The one Crazy Bitch I thought could be a Blue Orca leaner turned out to be the Super Chem lol, whoops
Lookin good, my friend
Fed tonight
7 ml BioVega
7 ml BioBoost
1.3 ml BioRhizo
3 ml silica
3 ml CaMag + Iron
I popped 3 each of the Crazy Bitch and NL x OG to make sure I got a female. It looks like every one is a female. Lol. Expected to have more space to run veg and and flower tent simultaneously, but now I’m gonna flower these out. Find my favorite of each and take cuts to make some bonsai moms
Yeah i was back looking at that crazy bitch again. I decided to go with the vale tudo and the project 25. Just cause noone seems to be buying that project 25. So you got all females. Cant beat that.
Dude that’s crazy, I’m in the exact same boat, got way more females then expecting with very little space. Would it be best to cut the side shoots and let the tops grow the big colas? Following closely here to see how yours goes. I flipped 3 days ago myself so we’re pretty aligned.
I wouldn’t cut the side shoots, @Dalorean. Just defoliate so they get light.
Yeah, @rooted. I feel like people are sleeping on Copa Genetics.
