@TopShelfTrees1 you can get different sizes I wasn’t sure what to pick so I pick the ones closer to the size of a solo cup. 5.5 x 6.3

Your’s look the right size. Yesterday I transplanted 3 out of solos. So easy! They slide right out of the solos to check root development too. My solo soil starts out loose intentionally. As the soil had settled, I trimmed off the top prior to transplanting.

MMS Prayer Glue x Star Pupil. This plant took forever to take. Started same day as the plants it’s between. It had perked up for a few days. But slow. I thought it was healthy enough to play with.

I cut this out of the solo today. I carefully removed the soil until I got down to the roots. Then I put it in one of the starter bags. I don’t think the roots were ever going to be happy. This mostly an experiment to see how the roots respond.

I’m the pumpkin pie guy for our family. For the last 38 years I have had the help of small hands. A big part of it to me. Ingredients are nothing fancy. Except the love part. Double portions.
I made pies solo this morning. Glad I have love to spare. But it sure felt different. It’s been an emotional year. I tried to not leak into the pie mix. Maybe a tear or 2. Caught the snot on my sleeve. Ranger will be big enough next year to make up for it. Maybe I can get a helper at Xmas for pies.

Holidays can be tough. This year especially. Starting with Thanksgiving is good. I have much to be grateful for. Need to remind myself often.
