Yeah, there’s zero possibilities of chargebacks, so no risk to the processor.
But - it requires your purchaser to input their bank routing number and your own personal checking account number. Many aren’t willing to do that. If you remember the co-op thread from that year, there was a pretty big uproar.
I DO indeed. It was quite confusing at first and hesitant sentiment if secure, but slowly most everyone did use the e-check form to pay for their box. I believe there was a smaller percentage of members that insisted on sending a cash payment. If 75% use the ACH and 25% don’t, I consider it higher chances of sale, than Cash App alone.
Boomers might be retired but we aren’t dead…
