DanzaKuduro's Journal

@lefthandseeds,

In case your inquiring mind wonders …

2.5% Dianeal dialysis solution contains:

2000 ml sterile water
2.5 grams hydrous dextrose USP
538 mg sodium chloride USP
448 mg sodium lactate
25.7 mg calcium chloride USP
5.08.mg.magnesium chloride USP
No bacteriostatic or antimicrobial agents

I have been mixing Dianeal dialysis solution with LABS and rehydrated kelp in vegetable garden. It’s impossible to return unused medical supplies

I have harvested and eaten basil grown with Dianeal dialysis solutions. No horns growing out of my forehead :grinning:

Haha I was wondering about that. I was like what is this newfangled seed soak??

Seems like it’s working so far! The sodium is the only thing I’d concern over, but if it works it works. A little isn’t too bad anyway I think… in a feed, I think it mostly inhibits uptake of other cations like K, Ca and Mg. But a soak isn’t really trying to feed either.

I can’t remove the sodium chloride but I added LABS and rehydrated kelp. It’s like kissing a child’s scraped knee or boo boo. The little buggers always get up and run into the next object :grinning: …I will see how many seeds pop tomorrow and how many sprout. Some RSC strains are hard to germinate but you know that tune…

I used the Dianeal dialysis solution on the garden and lawn first. Holes in the lawn from drought filled in. The basil was able to harvest 4 weeks from seed. Marigolds starting to bloom 4 weeks from seed vs 8 weeks last year.

The container garden also gets compost, well water and rainwater. The waters helps to flush out the sodium but its little over half gram per 2 liters of solution. Early days but time will tell … just keep taking notes and pix.

I forgot there are 2 sodium compounds…chloride and lactate. Si nearly a gram per 2 liters …

Ive been killing seeds for months. Hemodialysis is draining. Purchased medical cannabis card and learning how to shop at Trulieve and Surterra. Not impressed by the edibles at either shop. Concentrates and vape pens better at Surterra. Coupons great for flower discounts at Trulieve. Upside down pineapple cake, Bubba kush and banana og were memorable. Some strains are decarbed and cooked in coconut oil.

Slowly adjusting to hemodialysis. Chai tea infused with cannabis and a light breakfast decreased cramping during dialysis. I sleep through it now. Getting stronger and hopefully growing again soon.

Received jar of maraschino cherry flavored moonshine from a friend. Going to store it in the freezer and extract frozen cherries to ziplocks snack bag. Dialysis is going to be very smooth this week

Got seeds germinating in coffee filters soaked in alfalfa sprouted seed tea stored in ziplock bags in kitchen cupboard. Several seeds from.2019 large Mazur-i-shariff are starting to show root tip after 6 days.

I have a few beans from Icarus OG x Zamal and Sinai hermies that have no root tips emerging after 6 days; no mold or fungus in their ziplock bags.

Still waiting for lower leg hematoma to complete healing. All 3 strains were homegrown by me and produced seeds. Been smoking dispensary cannabis and I miss my landrace medicine. I’m taking the slow boat with hemodialysis 3x per week but will update the journal.

I know what you mean. I’ve really been enjoying the Syrian strain quite a bit. I have it crossed to some Lebanese and it’s nice.

I’m alive and growing comfrey from Sebring and it’s flowering this time. I’m also starting a food bucket for deer with alfalfa, barley and mung beans. Something was digging up the sprouts … raccoons or rabbit … finally got some green sprouts showing. Will be working on vegetable garden first.

Hematoma left bad scar and I have graduated to 44 inch hickory walking stick. It’s lighter than bo staff and nice backup for bamboo sword.

Just glad to be growing again. Have 4 does and a pair of fawns, big rabbit, several possum, raccoons and the friendly fox shows up. The tortoise will pause for strawberries. The armadillo is grubbing happily.

It’s great to see you again! The garden looks really nice.

How do you use the comfrey? as a poultice?

It’s wonderful to see your name again.

I collect the damaged leaves in a container and let them break down for compost. Nice leaves make excellent poultice for sore joints. I order comfrey root and make extraction with castor oil for arthritis, closed wounds, carpal tunnel syndrome, torn cartilage and broken bones.

Comfrey and cannabis infused oil gives better relief than hydrocodone. I keep a brown bottle in my purse for cramps caused by dialysis. Rub it in and I can walk out of the dialysis clinic 5 minutes later. Looking forward to growing some landrace to upgrade the results.

This plant is NOT comfrey. I searched different varieties of comfrey and none had berries. This plant is Polk salad aka poke berry weed.

All parts have different levels of toxicity. Southerners cook the young greens before it flowers. Herbalists use it for tincture and tonics for rheumatoid arthritis, pain and inflammation.

Elvis Presley made a song about Polk Salad Annie.
