Decarbing at 100 degr. Celsius (212 F) for different lengths of time. my personal findings

Eating 1/3 teaspoon of 1 hr 44 min (Crème de la Chem),
and 1/3 teaspoon of 2 hr 10 min (Mr. Nice NL5xAfghan) is working best for me currently.

Only this, before breakfast and I’m focused and inspired all day long without short term memory nonsense, fully funtional, get shit done properly kinda vibe.

Overflowing with useful inspiration as well.

I haven’t slept so well in years…
Amazing for insomnia.

I was experimenting with different times and temps for decarb. I wish i had seen this post a year ago… would have saved me so much time. Very detailed explanation.

Forgot to mention 3 hrs decarb is a strong muscle relaxant, could potentially be very helpful for people with spasms and hypertension, but use in moderation, it’s a very unpleasant feeling when ingesting too much, to the point where you bump into doorways and lose some control of your body as if drunk on alcohol but without the nausea.

I’ve been using the terms “sous vide” and “bain-marie”, then recently I discovered “double boiler”.
So that’s another term that’s used for this method. Just to clarify.
