Deficiency ID Help

I purchased a few clones around the 7th of October. The clone in question was small and not in perfect health. I knew this and agreed since it was the last one for a while.
These have been fed and are in the same medium as other moms.
Other moms and other clones all seem to be doing just fine and not showing same symptoms.

This is when they first arrived. Bottom clone is the one in question.

This was about a week or so later.

This is current

Thank you everyone! Sorry for another plant symptom post. I did try and research believe it or not.

Possibly tobacco mosaic virus but its debatable if weed plants can actually get it.

It could also be genetics

The plant looks healthy

I’d leave it be

What is the PH?

I always worry a little ab hop latent with clones…not seeing those signs but def something to keep track of. Normally more twisted stunted growth with hlvd but can show yellow streaks

To help us better understand, what strain is this clone?

it was the smallest of the first pic, but looks to have gone OG and overgrown them all in the last pic… her growth makes her appear healthy, she doesn’t seem stunted at all: you have variegation, but no deformation as might be seen in HLVd

Can you lower her light levels and supplement her feed with some epsom salts to see if she snaps out of it? An opaque white plastic bag over her for a few day would lower her light levels so you can see if that helps clear up the variegation. Same with Epsom salts, some people have worked past variegation by supplementing with Epsom salts or cal mag.

Keep an eye open for any signs of it spreading (plant to plant).
Personally I think it is some form of variegation and probably not an issue.

I would say its just genetic varigation, plant looks healthy

Have you people seen hlvd? Just curious if anybody works in a facility and has come across it… I’ve done my research online but nothing in person. Damn nasty virus and there should be 100% testing across the board

@Headies12green I got it a few years back.wiped out my whole garden. Got rid of soil, pots cleaned everything else with bleach.
Now i quarantine and test all incoming clones for hlv myself through tumi genomics.

Tell tale signs of hlv are severe lateral branching that will snap if you look at it the wrong way…lol

But in reality only way to know for sure is testing roots. Also if one duds on you after you have ran it a bunch of times you will know. Well i guess its strain dependent. Some strains i had(apple fritter) didnt dud while pre 64 runtz looked like a shell of its normal flower, lack of trichs, density and terps were ridiculous. Gg4 and apple fritter handled it better than marshmallow og and pre 64 runtz.

This is Chem D from FJ. He originally told me he was sold out, then said he said one but it was runty. So I knew it wasn’t going to be perfect coming to me, not blaming.
Its next to a chem 4 also from FJ, about the same size. Other plants close are seedlings, not associated with the clones.

Is this just normal variegation for Chem D.

Yes, chem D is known for it’s variegation. Here is a report of a similar expression:
