Me too :smile: it has been awhile my brother and is good to see you are well

I had to stop growing back in the fall of 2010 and rip a grow down it about 15 minutes (which sucked ass)

it was done enough to know it was going to be good but not enough to keep, so it got trashed

my son was in grass valley ca growing so a first it sucked not to grow but he was sending

smoke my way

well he moved back here and found out growing in cali and growing in new york are a bit different

so no bud from him :frowning: so I brewed beer for about 3 - 31/2 years for a hobby and buying weed isn’t

happening

it is hard for me to give someone go to work money for a plant that will grow itself if you will let it

so in 2015 I had more then enough alcohol and decided to build a grow room, after years of growing in

closets, boxes and bedrooms

as I was at the point when I stopped about to build a room, because I had enough of living and growing

in same space. best thing I have ever done for my growing was giving it it’s own space so much nicer then

trying to work around daily life

so I built a room in one of my garages 8 foot by 16 foot by 8 foot tall ( not a power tool guy) I am flowering

in a 4 by 8 which is killing me as it has one entrance so when it full half way into a flower run it is a bitch

to reach one end without breaking plants

so I am about to build onto it with another 8 by 16 space and flower in an 8 by 8

thanks for the kind words but 3 weeks ago they looked like shit, I have had mites for about ever

it feels like as I was only making those little monsters mad by not spraying enough at the right time

but they are no longer with me

so the plants with mites gone and some care are doing so much better

nice ride along the river if they are on the palisades parkway, we ride down to bear mountain the ride the
parkway to the end in fort lee nj then turn around ride back up to bear mountain state park and hang out

it is like 40 miles one way with no buses or trucks, the park is nice and it has a hot cell signal there

so I smoke weed and work in the woods

Makes me wish the same thing my friend :smile: still got to have a day job for 7 years or so

but that day will come but for now I work remote a lot so if I have internet I can work

I hope to talk the folks I work for into letting me work remote all summer from the first of june to the

end of september :slight_smile: my wife keeps telling me that I am high on drugs and I say indeed I am

a bit of blah blah blah

first off the other day changed out a HPS in my veg space for a 6K MH from Solis Tek

I have to say I will be taking down the CMH I have in there also an changing it to one these

the plants appear to be loving them, could also be the fact that I am taking care of them

I am flowering in a 4 foot by 8 foot space with 8 plants in 7 gallon pots under two 1000 watt lamps

running at 400 watts each

which gives me 1000 grams dried cure every 8 weeks which is great as by the end of the 8 weeks

I am out weed ( my wife smokes like a train :wink: )

but the space sucks :frowning: I have worked in 4 x 8s before a lot

4 by 8 box with 3 - 400 watt lamps, but it has two doors

working with a single doorway is an absolutely a pain in the ass, so I need to build a new space

my room is built on a raised wood floor 16 x 16 a about 18 inches of the concrete floor in my garage

I have two of the walls up I need so I only need two more and a roof I was going to do a 8 by 8 but

I will do a 8 by 16 so my total space will be 16 x 16

that will give me a 8 foot by 16 foot space to veg, clone, seedling, etc with a space for a 8 x 8 flower space

and a 8 x 8 for room to grow (pun intended)

I want to grow 5 outside monsters this year just trying to find a pot big enough but not too tall as this

is not a legal state at all that I can still move on a hand truck if I need to

one year I took 12 plants outside the end of May in 5 gallon pots that were in flower for four weeks

and they finished flowering outside by July 4 which was nice

but I am looking to grow bushes like @gramps grew outside and I will put in the time next year even

if I need a miners hat to work after riding all day in dark his grow has inspired me just need to find what

to grow I am leaning toward a sativa as I do not grow them inside and love them

thinking about doing all their vegging inside then put them in the final pot when the go out at the end of may

then they will have all of the new york summer to flower

since they flower with age, light is not going matter but if anyone has any thought please share them

doing some work in my veg room and started thinking I have no room

so what I have done :scream:

planted seeds, bought seeds, cleaned out the cloners and checked my clonex

might need to go to meetings :wink:

Yeah you and me both.
Switched lights out today, tomorrow put up my seedling/veg tent.

Talked with Next Gen today got 4 new strains coming from him. 15 of each just perfect for a run.
I ended up getting all old Fed strains.
The x-breeder from Fed went to work for next Gen and brought some genetics with him

I hand water also everyday, I enjoy it.
Sometimes it helps to do so to be able to identify beginning of problems.

that is it for me, when I am slacking a grow I will just use a hose and a wand

I like to water by hand like you so I can look at each plant, feel the weight of the pot for water

look at the plants for bugs, molds and other problems

it keeps me in touch

Some observations and a few thank yous

Good Day I have not been on the weed forums for a bit and I am totally amazed at

what is being done with trimming, pruning, bending, training, etc

thing being done with lights other then HIDs is out of this world

some of the LED grows here and elsewhere just mind blowing, if you had told me

back in 2000 this where we would be in 2019 , I would said “yeah right” :smirk:

and I would have to stand corrected

and with the weed it is doubly true

sometime my stoned brain gets to thinking, is it that my grow room is too small

or is it my plants are too big

at this time the folks at my day job have me working for a living :frowning: so no time

to build ( maybe a popup garage)

but I sure can and did make my plants smaller :wink:

what is left will get vegged some more and some will get cut for clones

I with you on that

but here in the northeast if you do not like the weather wait five minutes and it

will change

tomorrow or the next day is suppose to 45F degrees and rain

so the snow will be gone and the mud will return

Well My Friends today I am at the Salt Mine where I need to go

from time to time so I can collect a pay check

which for at least now I still have a need for :wink:

after looking at the PC I am on right now and I do have lots all over

the place

I have found a shit ton of photos from over many many years so I will

be sharing a bunch stay tuned
