Right on man i cant wait to see how big it gets. Super easy to clone when more mature. Just put cuts in a jar of water on a sill.

As long as its above 40 degrees your good. Keep the soil moist and sponge like, and just wait. It wont grow like its under a light. It will take a while to grow, so on the sill is fine as long as its not in an area that is freezing. Thats why you dont put them out when its too cold. Etc. Under 40° it should be fine, and a picture is welcomed. I will be taking more cuts and rooting them. If yours dies i will grow one up larger for you. Like the two pictured in the last post, top two. They are doing wonderful.

My bathroom is at 16c right now (60.8f) and it often gets colder but I’m gonna turn up the heat come snow season to keep it around this temp because Mother Salvia is coming back looking sharp.

Be careful with the heat mat and salvia. Only use it if you have a controller and keep your eye on it often for dry outs. I love my heat mats but I’ve currently avoided using em on the really finicky treasures like this one.

If though she looks rough in the deeper winter I’m gonna add one as well but prob spray more than the 1x a day every morning which it’s currently been loving.

The sheen on the most recent set of leaves lets me know she is feeling better about being here permanently. I’ll start making cuttings when she is bushier and then start to fill this room with small SalvD plants.

In my fashion I’ve started to give her offerings and started with a henge of 9x tumbled Serpentine Jasper stones.

Up close each one is worth staring at so she gets them all!

I’m really happy with this hoop light with clip i got off amazon. The amount of diffusion in place works really well for indirect sun plants verson my usual light cannon method. lol.

@Pawsfodocaws hopefully that one that hasn’t done much is just dealing with some underground action for you like mine. I’ve had some plants where you think they’re gonna be stunted just explode once the roots grow to the critical mass the plant wants in play before taking off.

I hope so too, its been 18 or so days. Well see but i will be taking new cuttings soon as my mother salvia sacred grl has bushed out and grown new starts, many more leaves as well. Will be getting some new feet when winter is over. We moved her in front of some windows and she exploded with growth. Pics sometime later
