I haven’t yet grown out anything containing the TGE (or Franks Little Beauties). I’ve just rearranged my tents so I can attempt more, albeit smaller, plants than I was working with previously. So hopefully I can work my way through packs I want to explore sooner.

The author describes it as being as close to a functional Chem as one can get; gotta assume that the FLB may have had something to do with that. I’ve got a pack of FLB x A5Thai bx that sounds super-intriguing, Doc sent them as freebies a while back. I don’t usually prioritize freebies, but that’s one I really oughta run at some point here pretty soon.
As far as the FLB genetics are concerned, I have them down as (Pinesoul x Dread Bread) x (Panama Gold x Black Triangle remix) on my list. That’s how Doc listed them on his IG, anyway, so I’ll take his word for it haha.

I asked Doc about Black Bobo and Deadly G13 88HP, here is what he said:
"in the case of black bobo, the “remix” part was from swapping out the males… *
black bobo = Black Triangle x Bandaid Haze F2
black bobo remix = Black Triangle x A5 Haze/Thai bx
I used a Black Triangle remix male in some of my work from around 2015… most notably the Thunder Gun Express hybrid and carried on through my “it’s alway sunny” series. "

oh man overgrow, doc d is in the giving spirit this month! i just got my order in from him, and while i did drop a few bills with him, he included more than enough extra freebies to make me feel like a fucking king. my bag was overflowing!! i’m not sure what he’s doing for everyone else, so i’ll refrain from posting my haul. but i was just very grateful and appreciative of him and his work and i let him know. so be sure to share some kind words with him and i hope it’ll brighten up his day.
if you were on the fence about making a purchase from him before he closes up shop, i would hop that fence and run as fast as you can towards those seeds. you’ll be helping this amazingly generous and passionate breeder, and perhaps he will gift us with even more fire in the future.
i know not everyone has the extra income, so once the month is over and he’s done with sales, i would like to split up whatever full packs i have left and if anyone is ready to do seed runs, i will send seeds out to you.

I didn’t get a ton of extras but for the extra 100 I threw in he threw in 3 named packs(60$). That’s really wonderful of you to offer the beans you just received to others! If I have something that someone is making a seed run of, I’m happy to donate as well!

those named packs have been named for a reason! i’m so excited for this doc d season. i could never grow out all these seeds, so i’m hoping that overgrow can step up to the plate and as a group we can explore these genetics, find the fire that works for people, and share that.

thats for sure he sent bananastan, black energy and outerlimits. the black energy and outerlimits sound killer!!! Its awesome to have a place like this, with like minded folks! well at least most of us wont need to make seed purchases for the rest of our lives in case something did happen, maybe a few generations after us as well! my pelican case is getting hard to close!
oh, one of the freebies are “thunder gun express hybrids” so that should be really interesting!

Yeah, that’s how they all came from Headie Gardens in the past too.
Doc D may be slightly tweaking what he puts together for seed banks to ensure seeds don’t get crushed in future transit. It’s not like they’ll be easily or readily available for replacement with being south of the border. If they’re packed away in little tubes there’s definitely less chance of them getting crushed in cold storage too.

Lemon Thai f5. Popped this a long time ago, all but three died from damping off, two were pretty runty and didn’t have space for them. At week 8.5 about. Super easy to grow, other than a little bit of molasses and occoasional cal mag I haven’t fertilized this thing in flower. Took until week 7.5 about for the buds to start swelling and it seems like the fuckin resin heads are starting to swell too. Very tangy fruity smelling resin, little bit of funk but not a whole lot. Will prob let this go to 10 weeks. Glad I have a clone of this one! My friend is growing this cut outside prob not gonna make it cause it’s not showing any signs of flowering but we shall see.

Doc D and Docs Dank often get confused, they even did a collaboration together. It’s why Doc D changed the company name to Magic Spirit Seed Company.
