Doubt the "doubter!"

it’s all just another version of the fantasy work they were doing at the time. most of the bible is like that, passes the message along but not the exact details. there are some great summaries (like this one) out there about what we have learned in the past 100 or so years. none of it discounts the bible, in fact i am trying to be a devout catholic and a fransiscan initiate, but it is not a literal history or factual book. i study the bible and try to live by the ideals in it that Jesus taught, but i do not believe there is any way it is factual.

I won’t argue your opinion.
But again your in error.
Much of the Scriptures have indeed been verified
And easily searched.
But
It’s of no matter, as I said You will see these events
Unfold before your very eyes
Until then good luck, billions feel just as you do, and billions will change their minds.
When you see these things
Happen remember the false Christ comes first.
Don’t take his mark.
NEXT UP…
GOG MAYGOG war, that’s the one that kills a forth of mankind.
It’s also the catalyst for the Beast and False Prophet to take the stage.
Israel…
Look what’s before the World’s eyes
And still their eyes can not see.
It’s all in a easily searched effort.
The players are all lined up just as Scripture says

The prince of Persia ( Demon in charge of Iran)
Has almost begun his part in the play.
Good luck

I googled it and found nothing.

A book that vastly reworked my idea of Jesus was called “Jesus and the Essenes” it’s a comparison of past life regression hypnosis sessions (from an individual who has a past life of one of Yeshuas supposed teachers) compared with the actual archeological discoveries in an attempt to disprove or prove the hypnosis sessions to be accurate.

Fascinating tale that will immerse you in a whole different world. Jesus was taught by an advanced secretive culture and they have found the remains of that culture in now times. His primary goal was to point at unconditional love not cultish worship, but the best way to do that was to be willing to sacrifice himself.

I have explored past life regression hypnosis myself and gathered enough evidence to belief in a super chill afterlife system (all love) as MUCH as I believe in gravity. Technically the whole thing could be an elaborate video game programmed to mislead in these directions but I’m not leaning that way as the evidence points to reincarnation so strongly.

i know enough to know most of the organized religions are wrong, but i shouldn’t say that because i don’t really know that. i do know that i’ve had physical manifestations most of my life, up to and including my recent conversion to catholicism with my “catholic vision quest” to kick off holy week. it’s pretty intense when you have visions and revelations and shit. i also know that living the unconditional love that Jesus taught is hard as hell but possible and is one way to find enlightenment or whatever you call it.

but then i come back to the laws of the universe that tend toward equilibrium. the universe likes balance so good will never triumph over evil and vice versa. maybe that alone explains why the world will never have peace. are all the bad things happening right now just the swing back from all the history of humanity and species before us that were relatively good? maybe it will reach a tipping point and start to swing back.

my opinion on past life regression is that it is tapping into the universal consciousness. not that it isn’t real, just that it isn’t necessarily your past life you’re remembering, just one that is out there in purgatory and has a connection to you like family or something. purgatory is just being a ghost for x number of years until you go to heaven.

notice the “opinion” part. i have no prophetic claims or anything like that, but am a mystic and have had things shown to me. they weren’t answers to any huge questions or prophecies, but one thing did show how religion and science are intertwined. probably take humanity generations to figure that one out. it has been fun though, very rewarding chapter in my life, minus the whole near death part and icu time. that part wasn’t very fun.

There’s a time and place for everything. Time for war. Time for shitting, and sometimes on shit.
Why u gotta be so negative

People can believe whatever they like and so can I. They can spread their gospel and so can I.

Truth=God
Math, sciences, dimensional all that bs.
There’s a lot of truth in the OG Bible. Can’t deny that.
i just noticed my name is goyweed in dyslexic lol @Goyum

I don’t want to be overly serious.

The issue is that I don’t believe in the dualistic metaphysics that the above posts presuppose.

We are animals. Nothing special, nothing divine. And there is power in that.

I tend to avoid talking philosophy, because, well, you know.

Wisecracks are much more easily received.

I’m pretty well versed in the ancients and the same stories have been told for thousands of years with twists like things on the nature of duality. Is it metaphysical or ontological? I’d say neither but It all comes from the same place.
