Based on this, I’d say ‘YES’ he scammed… no more need to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Pretty sure I read a comment of his that said his mom got out of the hospital recently. He is probably ripping people off now to help pay for his moms hospital bill.
Doesn’t excuse it at all though
in the past couple months he’s said his long time dog died, his pop died, and mom in hospital, etc

He’s making out like you stole the stuff. I mean, like took his money. That is very sad. I do have a problem I have too many. I do have a problem trying to get them sometimes. I don’t know what’s going on. But if people are doing this, no wonder why some of the seed banks for having problems. I have enough anyway. I hate that happened to you guys. I know if he’s done it to you Johnny he’s done it to other people.

It is pretty shitty.
Both of these fucks took me for testers. I have stayed quiet about the Dr because I said what I cared to about the situation whenever I attempted to warn the community about him back in January in his feedback thread. Not going to waste any more time on it.
I had a bad feeling about both of them and I am old enough that I should have just trusted that. Liars and thieves; two of the most disgusting types of people. The jokes on them because they missed out on growing some fucking good seeds from my camp.
They are both more than welcome at any backyard barbeques that I have. We tend to eat our kills around these parts. Fuck em.

So now, not only did they give him the money. They charged me $15.00 per dispute for a total of $60.00 on top of the $171.00 they took because of his BS. Total ripped now stands at $231.00

Sorry to hear. I was hoping there was some mistake involved in the transaction but sounds like the Docs colors are in full view now. I think this is the finale of the Doc in this community. I firmly believe karma will COME for him for his actions when he least expects it
