I have no complaints I just got floored by 9.6 wet the other day. Straight off brf cake. I just like to present critiques I hear when suggesting brf. I disagree with the brf haters.

I switched to mono tubs for the big increase in yield . I have grown individual shrooms that weighed more than 280 grams wet in mono tubs . I dont think they were anymore potent than ones I’ve grown with PF tek

Bird seed and corn are usually spawn for bulk . PF tek you use BRF and vermiculite . I use to make jars using PF tek than grind the cakes up in a blender and use as spawn in my mono tubs

Okay thanks, I was just wondering, I have never seen vermiculite for sale here, never looked either, but we always have lots of bird seed here, the squirrels are the fattest in the neighbourhood

You can get vermiculite where you get perlite normally . BRF can be found at health food stores if not at your grocery store .

I have organic brf in the cupboard already, I use it for making a type of LABs with pink rock salt and organic brown sugar.
Grow shops are few and far between here, most stock volcanic lava rock instead of perlite and vermiculite, I do have perlite I managed to find a 150 liter bag of it last year, as the grow shop I use ran out of larva rock. They may have vermiculite I will have to check with them.

I like oat grain jars. Everyone used to talk up rye berries but oats are much cheaper and easier to obtain. $15 at tsc or rural king. Honestly it’s easier and more effective than brf cakes.

I started with cakes , so they were easy for me . I forgot about rye berries . Don’t think I’ve heard of peeps using oats .

Prints filled in better. I’m thinking paper was a bad choice…even though I read you could use it. Paper is kinda wet. I’ll use aluminum foil in the future

Little bondage action for skywalker og and Bruce banner. Black widow putting along I fed her yesterday, shoulda been more like three days ago.
Later flower girls looking and smelling fine. Still almost no amber on godberry so we’re chilling and calling it a final bulk…for now.
