If you look closely its front right in the picture but yes the air movement isn’t as strong there @Shadey.
…If it were a greenhouse you could heat treat it; As it is though I’d worry about the electronics…& maybe the tent. It can be done with the plants in there but the humidity has to go way up or they’ll die too, & that has to be removed as quick as possible while cooling down.
GAS!!!
I’ve got the humidity up stupidly high bro. I will WIN this battle one way or another. Once these are finished I’m gonna bomb the tent, clean the insides with neat bleach then as a final measure I’m gonna steam clean the inside. If that doesn’t work I’m sure petrol and a match will fix things
Pulled one of the runts from the big tent. The other one has eventually started to grow properly.
It’s a buddha tahoe og from Cali Connection. Hard to believe its about 4 - 5 weeks old.
Poly tunnel plants
Bought 2 10l buckets with lids to “attempt” an outdoors hydroponic grow using my solar powered air pump. Buckets only arrived yesterday so I’ll see if I can get them set up at the weekend. In the meantime I can get two of @Hydro921 durban sunrise autos into root riot cubes to go into the buckets.
Did I mention I also grow other stuff???
Strawberrys from last year are growing again after I stripped all the old dead runners from them.
Peas. Since being a child my mother has bought me bags of them religiously every year as she knows I’m a pea (direct from the pods) addict.
Tomatoes.
One regular and one beef. I have a few cherry tomato seedlings growing in the tunnel that I’ll eventually move outside as they grow.
Peach tree.
What’s working best is this.
It’s organic, it’s OK to use on fruit and veg as long as you wash them before eating them.
Bud washing is the new standard anyway no??
I can spray a Web with this and next day its gone. £6 a bottle so it’s cheap enough.
Probably cause the mites attack has initiated a ‘stress-response’ to the plant and the trichs are their best form of defence when it ‘thinks’ it’s/or IS , attacked …?!
Probably great for some hash at harvest time…?!
Good luck with this one bro . !!
Other tent looks good mate …
Gaz
Got a nice vape on the way that will come in useful then. I’m not waisting it
Well the predators were a waist of money if you ask me
Having a lot more luck using the organic spray. It burns the shit out of the pistils as I’ve been spraying during lights on because light schedule is 8pm till 8am and I’m usually at work when they turn off.
Had to fold 2 stems as they were growing a little bit close to the light than I’d like.
This spray is supposedly fine for food etc as long as you wash them before ingestion so when they are done they will see the garden hose before trimming. Added bonus is it will help me get rid of most of spider and predator mites.
You know. I never thought about that happening @Gaz29. Could maybe why it happened so early on. I do know Peach Tree is supposedly a Frost monster.
Mine looks nothing like the picture I pulled from Google though to be honest
Changed the timer in the big tent to 12/12 last night as the Back To The Future #2 (rear left) has started growing stupid quick in veg and I’m worried about the height she will stretch. She yielded huge in my small tent so in rdwc under full light I reckon she’s gonna overtake the tent. I can see a few bent branches happening. Ionic grow nutrients for the next week for the transition then ill dump the system and use bloom nutrients.
Hoping for a hassle free grow but you know me. Something always goes wrong.
It already did. The mites. That’s plenty. You should be good to go now **knocks on wood
@Meesh. Once this rdwc run is done I’m going back to basics and a method that actually worked well for me. Autopots. The pumps, chiller and system will go into storage until I’m able to dedicate more of my time to the plants. Today I was out from 7 am till 6.30 pm for work and it’s SATURDAY. Glad Monday is a Bank Holiday here in the uk as I need a rest. Thanks for popping by my thread.
Well yeah! Your shoulder is still toast and you just recovered from Covid. Rest dammit! What is rwdc again? Just hydroponics?
Recirculating deep water culture. Yields huge if you have time to devote to your plants. Had a few 12oz indoor plants using it. Nothing compared to your forest you grow though @Meesh. It’s just a PITA to get right and keep right. Autopots next run for sure. Just need to order a new water tank. Still have to adjust ph etc unless I use soil but my old grows using them were immense.
The key word there is ingestion, you are not eating the buds, you are combusting them, you might want to check if anything nasty is created when it’s burned just to be on the safe side buddy.
The predator mites are slower than spraying hopefully they will pick off anything that survives the spraying.
I thought the same but then searched for the product to check the composition and apparently it is safe …
Good thing is I have a CO OP (uk supermarket chain) at the end of my road that sells it for £6 a bottle so it’s always available
