Extreme Overnight Clawing - NO BUGS

The small things add up. Everyone thinks their little garden doesn’t matter, so the Miracle gro won’t hurt anything. That’s why the planet is in the state it’s in. Just because you don’t want to be a part of the solution, doesn’t mean you have to be a part of the problem. I’m not picking on you, everyone who admits to using one of these products will get my same speech. In my opinion, the earth is something we all share and is more than worthy of attention from all of us who live on it. We should as human beings and inhabitants here at least not harm it willingly, especially when there are so many other choices readily available. Hopefully it’s something you’ll consider before you buy your next Monsanto product.

I’m familiar with the speech.

I’m familiar with your methods and successes.

I’m not going to argue with you.

Bottom line: it’s my garden and I will do as I please in it and I wouldn’t presume to tell you what to do with yours.

Bottom line is… It’s my earth too and I’ll keep asking people to please stop killing it with Monsanto until the day I die. If you are offended, that’s on you.

thank you everyone, the plant is still clawed. The plan of action is to lower in N and leave it quarantined for as long as I can. I dont have high hopes for this one tho :frowning:

Wasn’t implying that you were ungrateful, per se… I was conveying to @Mudballs that sometimes that happens in the sick plant threads. If it came out wrong via typing, my apologies. Sorry about your loss. May he rest in peace.

How about everyone’s kinda right im thinking its sensitive to N cultivar . Ain’t nobody got time for that… but some of the greats are fussy and harder to grow

Plant was transpires excessively because of wind . Coupled while using too high ec in the root zone . The plant tried to avoid the N in the soup . Therefore accumulating this N the medium throwing everything outta wack . Can’t fix those eagle claws no way . All u can do is flush n lower feed. If u had a clear or flawless finish this could help clear the peat /verm of N

no worries¡ the leaves were a bit crunchy/dried by the way - but after quarantining it they have softened a bit

im glad i havent seen bugs yet honestly, if i saw one, i was just going to be very pissed. still quarantined just in case.

thank you, always to the rescue. ill try to go softer on them.

cant remember if it had a feeding the day before the issue started. i didnt log it in any of my notekeeping. ill keep N down and hope it can finish without much issue.

will do so too¡

Just to add another anecdote pointing towards fertility sensitivity & genetics : A few of my Goji F2s (4) had clawing issues and were culled on sight. In my situation it was due to extremely rich thermophilic compost that was overloaded with poultry manure, alfalfa, and other high N inputs without given time to properly age or leach.

I had that problem when I ran a tier system and mine I figured it was the cold temp didnt have a chance to read upon other responses. But all my plants on the top tier clawed just like that but my bottom tier was fine had my ac pipes going down the middle so my micro climate was cold on the top and higher humidity hopefully this helps. Good luck and wish a happy grow for ya
