Federal legalization in the USA, what does the future hold for cannabis?

Good point and me neither. I have plenty of money. I just want to grow cannabis. One thing to remember and why there is no defeating the calisyndrome.

These folks growing legal commercial did not wake up one day and say “Hey Im gonna grow cannabis and legally sell it.” They have been growing for years and part of the “Black Market” When the F govt taxes sick people to the point that a oz of weed cost 425 a oz at a dispense, their inventory is gonna back up and has in cali. If they need cash they just start to dump it back in the “black market” and that just pushhhes the price way down. Calisyndrome is $600 pounds.

Here in illinois… they made it where only med card holders can grow… and no selling!!! Lol 100,000 dollars I believe just for an application to grow and sell like a dispensary here… then u can still be denied… fun shit!

Even in a state like mine. That decriminalized cannabis in 1986 making less than an ounce a citation. Now that it’s rec and med legal. You still have to be 21 years old to grow and have no minors in the house and it can’t be within 1000 yards of a park or school. It also can’t be in public view. 4 full size plants. 16 under a foot and 1 lb of dry flower.

So many rules… it’s bullshit… here we can have 5… can have kids but they cant have access… no laws on distance from schools etc… can’t be visible or accessible by public

$600 A pound for outdoor is a excellent price.
$1200 for indoor is still $1000 in profit.
$100 ounces for indoor is more than fair to everyone.
Hell you tell a wheat or potato farmer he can legally get $25 A pound and watch what really happens.
Cannabis is a agricultural product if the American farmer gets involved the prices will be much lower than now.

Not after you add in the cost of electric… I just don’t think it would be lucrative in any way… they are talking about going from 4 to 6 cent per kilowatt hour… to 12 cents… that’s 3 times higher… so a bill at 400 dollars will now be around 1200… it’s going to be this way everywhere soon

We can’t give weed away here. 400 lb 365 -24/7 it even breaks down to $30-60 ounces Rec prices at the dispensary. So much flower our extracts are dirt cheap also.

You can still pay 150-200 an ounce if your an idiot though.

Well florida still won’t legalize it for recreation…
Im still paying 160 oz up to 200+… I think florida will be last to do it… Maybe in 3 or 4 more years… Nothing on the ballots for a while . that i know of… Feds made it so we can cross state lines without fed charges. And they classified all seeds as hemp. So we can ship seeds without worries. . i can only dream and wish upon a star

As long as FL residents vote for pieces of shit like Desantis. Your cannabis laws are going to be shit.

Agreed. As it has always been.

Nice!
Now we just need to keep their filthy hands off our gardens.
A constitutional amendment for each state would be a good place to start.
Anything less and I feel they can/will change the rules at will.

Im going on 46 years from 77 in florida. . and did u realise america has the most laws on book than anyother country in the world… They just cant afford to uphold em all so they choose the ones more important. But florida laws are 50/50. They’re other states worse. Way worse. But cannabis in fl. I dunno

i lived if FLA from 2000-20021 couldnt take it anymore used to be a nice palce
