Thanks Marz its definitely been a challenge this past week glad I upgraded my grow room AC this season or I’m afraid I’d have some crispy critters in there

Day 3 or 4 on the next batch

Day 64 of flower. In the past I would’ve harvested at least one of these probably the diesel but I promised myself that I was gonna let my plants go a little bit longer and wait to take anything until day 75 so the wait continues.

Plants are looking amazing growmie! Good call with the diesel letting them go another week or so. The bud structure is cool af. The panama is sick looking can see purpling calyxes in the center there.

It’s hard to wait when they’re essentially done and just plumping up, isn’t it @Costanza . Especially when they look like yours! Nice buds buddy… I’m at 63 days and was letting mine go longer. Took one down with a mold spot today. Washed and hung. It was too late to check the others. Most of my last run were @JAWS testers, which I try and let play out. I had 7 tester plants this last run. I’ve been cutting one about 56 days, then at intervals. Seeing if I can find a sweet spot.

the Panama ripened the fastest out of the 4 in the tent and its strange because she was the furthest away from being done. I use the crop salt brand dry nutrients and they have this formula that you give the last 2-3 weeks pretty sure its just potassium with some other things mixed in but I’ve been using it for about a year now and it really speeds up the ripening process towards the end and gets them ready for the chop it also does something to the chlorophyl in the plant because my buds always taste better using it then when I was just running my bloom powder straight to chop.

Thanks its like torture right now waiting but I keep reminding myself of a batch I pulled early last summer that looked great in the tent but dried and cured into nothing special. Hoping that by taking them a little longer this time it makes a difference

Thanks guys I can’t wait to try some of it I’m gonna let them cure for about 2-3 weeks before sampling some it’s gonna take lots of will power :joy:

Took the rest of the Panama now just some caramel tops and Congo tops then caramel mids and the diesel mids then diesel is getting revegged the others thrown out and the 4 in the veg tent put into flower tent. The new lavender lemonaid bodhi dad seems to really put out a lot of candy terps, the moms lemon cream pie I grew last run had more of a floral lav mix with the creamy citrus but the other two are very similar to candy smells. The caramel smells exactly like orange starburst and the Congo is lime skittles with some kind of chemical smell mixed in. Here are the two leafy gals here at day 72 not pretty like the diesel but louder

Sampling some diesel lowers not gonna taste great but damn they look good and it was the easiest bud I’ve ever trimmed

So how was it?

That doesn’t look bad at all especially for lowers.

I’m a fiend and tend to sample lowers and early stuff before it’s even dry. I love all the stages.

It was really good just a little heavier than I had expected, the 88 hashplant really adds a lot of heaviness to the sour it’s got a great euphoric head buzz very stoney just super heavy it feels like I’m wearing one of those old school leather bomber jackets and my pockets are filled with rocks it prevented me from doing anything except sit on the recliner and stare at the tv all night

Sounds like it has it’s place in the cupboard. Maybe not a daily drinker but a happy ending to a hard day or just the ticket before a long flight…

I go full fantasy mode in my head when the adjectives adverbs and participles start coming out. The one your description inspired involved throwing some chem pollen at her and then bxing the best F2 to the original… Just where my mind went. I imagined a bit more uplifting zing without sacrifice. Yin and yang. Stoned ramblings.

I just grabbed some more buds from the turkey bags and this is a perfect example of why Bodhi is my favorite breeder. This entire grow I anticipated the sour d hashplant to be the best because well it’s sour d it’s nostalgic and it was the prettiest plant in the tent. Well I just knew one of these leafy lavender lemonade freebies was gonna be good because the mom’s lemon cream pie I grew last run turned out to be more preferred than the snow lotus which I anticipated to be the best. The Congo Kashmir x lavender lemonaid was good it had a bitter lime taste to it right now and more of a clear headed sativa high then I expected.trimmed up some more diesel and the other freebie the caramel afghani x lavender lemonaid and wow she’s the best of the bunch effect wise she is exactly what I look for in an all day smoke that eye pressure mixed with the relaxed head and shoulders feel but not too heavy she has a little uppity effect to her too just enough to keep you from getting too lazy. And the taste is fantastic already she has a ripe orange/tangerine smell almost candy like orange starburst but right now the taste is more of a bitter orange peel with a slight twangyness to her

More samples taken and spent a good hour trimming buds this morning. Some better dried bud pics 1 and 2 are the sour d hashplant, 3 and 4 caramel afghani and 5 and 6 are Congo Kashmir. Last pic is a Congo bud that I harvested tonight these suckers are leafy as hell but wow do they get the job done
