Floor Drawing for our 8 lighter

Howdy folks!
Looks like we are building a licensed micro 8 lighter in a 22x24 foot space, part of a larger space. Basically going to build a box inside the existing space.
In the large open area, there will be a folding table or two that can be easily folded up and stored.

Each light will have a single 4x4 tray. Under the trays will be tables on heavy rollers, with poles for net. There will be a 5 foot pocket style door to each flower room. Idea is that we can Jenga out the trays, even with plants still, to clean the room properly.

The Jenga thing solves a problem for us: We want to harvest a couple lights every 3 weeks-ish, instead of running a pair of one-shot rooms. That makes each 4 light room a mini perpetual with 2 flower zones. So when one ‘zone’ is ready, we chop 2 lights worth, Jenga the other 2 lights out of the room and clean it.

I think we have all the basics here, nothing that isn’t absolutely needed.

See anything we are missing? Something off? Thanks!

Have a look at BOG’s Bonanza of Green (there’s PDFs of that document floating around…) well worth the read.
He details out his scalable perpetual grow. There’s lots of good info such as timing and area allotments etc.

Your Veg to flower square footage looks good :+1:

I found the 4’ x 2’ wire racks are excellent for adapting to clone and mother plants.

Will look around for that, thanks. This will be in many ways an 8 light version of my 2 light homegrow, just with a license and taxes and inspections. Oh my!
