even in canada unless the clones are coming from a licensed seller they can and will give you a hard time if there bored. but who wants to spend 200 on 4 clones that suck from a dispo… glad your fine petal hope they didnt rough you up to much

For the most part shipping clones is legal within Canada. The exception is one or 2 provinces you cannot ship clones or are to. Check out this faqs on Purolator which explains.

Technically here in Canada LP’s are the only legal source for genetics. Obviously most people don’t follow that. But ya unless you were a license holder and had what you were growing grandfathered in , the corporate overtakers are the only legal source of genetics. Even if they can’t actually prove what is what , you better be able to prove where what you are growing came from. IF someone wants to cause you problems.
Just wanted to add that clearly this means it may be best for those worried to make one order from an approved provider and keep your receipt . Or not lol

LP = overpriced dry garbage here in manitoba unless you wanna pay 25 a gram then it gets decent lol but i cant get a mortgage loan to buy enough to last a month lol

I guess the argument could be if someone had their strains grandfathered into the system than those genetics can be shared. I agree with them stating the government or LPs are the only legal sources but they would have to really want you bad to try go after such a thing. It is possible I suppose.

The grandfathered in genetics were for you and you only. I also agree highly unlikely , but absolutely possible they could use it against you . Just like our ridiculous driving laws that were changed with stealiziation. Don’t even need a reason to pull you over and you sure better be willing to give blood. Just another huge FU to medical patients or even regular smokers.
